Bayshore Dental Excellence is the best dental practice in the State of NJ and Tri-State area. My entire family has been going since 1993. The office and staff truly cares about there patients! Dr O and the staff definitely are beyond the best to me!!

Dr Ouano and his staff are one of the kindest and gentlest when it comes to working on your teeth. They make sure you are comfortable while they do the work constantly asking if you have any discomfort. Dr Ouano fills you on his daily life and family while asking about your family They make you feel at home, just like family

Great staff! Everyone was accomadating and made me feel extremely comfortable. Really took the time to walk me through the motions. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Great work.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I tried my best to have my son go to this dental office as his father is the one that provides the dental insurance and he and his father go there and have been patients for a very long time. Not only have they been short staffed due to COVID (which is fine, I'm a very patient person and I don't mind). I recently had a specialist appointment where i waited six hours to be tended to and not once did I complain. The whole world is understaffed and I understand needing to reschedule. However, they weren't only not accommodating to hours that doesn't bump into my sons's school schedule, but they kept canceling after I would go out of my way to inform the teachers and my job multiple times that we weren't going to be in. Time I used. Then they would tell me the day before or with less time. Not only that, it took about 3-4 attempts to have a cavity filling appt for my son (which THEY stressed how important it was to get done ASAP) and they ended up accommodating me on a Saturday finally on the third or fourth attempt. That day unfortunately I had and have a lot going on as a single mother and the many many times this was rescheduled that I forgot and allowed my son to sleep over his dad's as he missed his dad a lot that week and was crying and I had Easter things to do anyway. Not only is the father of my son who I try so hard to co-parent with making the office responsible for charging me and only me, but this office is condoning that behavior and charging me $150-$160 dollars for the no show!! They didn't even explain this could happen before hand. They are saying that Saturday's are special accommodations and they are charging me a hefty no show fee that I cannot afford as I am the only responsible parent to cover every single thing for my child. They spoke to me like they did me a favor. But since the family of my son's father has been there for years, and I have been the only one to schedule and do it all, I am the only one being held responsible. Not only this, but the staff was so condescending to the point where I felt like I was talking and having co-parenting issues with my son's father which was extremely triggering and as much as I tried to stay shut and not reply I eventually did. The staff was so unprofessional and called "arguing", constructive feedback. I do not care at this point putting it all on Google where many people can see I just want people to know how understaffed, unprofessional, how much lack of tact, and lack of working with patients this office has. The dentist seems nice and was very kind and had some bedside manner and was respectful towards me the times I met him for my son's cleaning but the fact that my sons's father states that the dentist called him because they have had all of these years of rapport and did not once try calling me so see what's going on is beyond me. Please see the screenshots of these messages. It wasn't even through calls, it was through text messages and now that my son's father is in child support and owes me money he is complaining about money and using this as ammo to corner me against a wall and have me continue to cover all expenses. Mind you, I haven't seen a dime yet of this child support money because he hasn't gone into the system. But this office doesn't care about being fair or understanding clients or even seeing that their clients/patients have been patient with them, they just care to make up money because they have been short staffed and they care about condoning inappropriate behaviors because they know they are wrong so they just need another parent to tell them they are right. Gaslighters. Please don't even bother to respond. I'm not even looking for a solution anymore. It's been days and I don't care for the passive aggressive comments or responses you guys make.

I've been regularly traveling 30 minutes to see DR PAUL for 15+ years and the short version of this review is that I love the vibe there! It IS a GREAT practice! I know these reviews always say that everyone on the staff is pleasant and professional, but in this case it is absolutely true. The whole staff, from the front desk (shout out to Susan and Rachel!) to the hygienists to Dr Paul himself, are all as friendly as they are efficient. In my recent routine cleaning and checkup, the hygienist, Jenine, was gentle and thorough (as are all the hygienists there). Dr Paul completed the exam, showing me real-time pictures on a monitor of the conditions that were a concern, and walked me through the treatment options in easy to understand language. The freshly renovated office has a cheery beachy/island decor with a comfy waiting room. Each of the treatment rooms are state of the art, including TVs on the ceiling you can watch during treatment. The office is fully handicap accessible, including an adjustable chair that makes wheelchair transfers easy, as well as the ability to treat patients in their wheelchairs if transfer is not desired. Good people. Dental excellence!

There are so many good things to say about this office. They were able to accommodate a same day Saturday appointment to treat an emergency. Every single person working in that office was friendly and accommodating, an experience you don't always get from other medical office and truly sets them apart. We loved the service so much that we have decided to bring our whole family. If you are looking for a new dentist, this practice will not disappoint. We would give them more stars if we could. Amazing experience!

Not enough good things to say about this office. All of the staff are incredibly nice and welcoming. Dr Ouano and the hygienist Jenine are hands down the best at what they do and the office has been extremely accomodating with scheduling appointments including emergencies.

I have been going here for several years ever since I was a kid, and they have always done an excellent job. Rachel at the front desk is always great at making everyone feel welcomed as well as the rest of the staff! It's always a comfortable experience and I have never experienced any type of anxiety going here for all these years. I had my teeth cleaned by Dental Hygienist Shannon and Ariel and they were fantastic! Not only is the staff great at making me feel comfortable but they also do a great job at making sure I fully understand everything that needs attention. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for an outstanding experience!

I was referred to this dental practice with high recommendations. When I called to see if they accepted my dental insurance, I was delighted to hear from the receptionist that they did accept. The staff was EXTREMELY kind, and informative! Dr. Ouano is a great dentist..he exudes so much kindness and friendliness it is almost impossible to not feel comfortable. We were extremely happy with our visits to this practice! If i was rating based on customer service alone, it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, i am giving 2 stars because although we were told they DID take our dental insurance...we were surprised and disappointed when the bills came in. It turns out, they DO NOT take our plan (which could also be my mistake as i should have checked directly with my dental plan initially) but the fact that i was lied to doesn't sit very well with me. Now i am stuck with a high balance of dental work that I set up a payment plan for. Lesson learned. But today I received a phone call from the receptionist to get a payment when I recently gave a payment. She said that it wasn't written in the system and maybe it got lost. I had to pull up my bank statement to prove a payment was made..so where did my money go? Sadly, as wonderful as they are...they are not honest. if you can afford their practice, by all means...they are great at what they do...good or bad. I just dont appreciate being told they accepted my plan when they didnt.

I used to have anxiety about going to the dentist until I went to Bayshore Dental Excellence. From the minute I walked in the door until I checked out they were nothing but friendly and professional. Dr. Ouano, Ariel, and the entire staff were absolutely amazing! I highly recommend going here for any dental work needed!

Dr. Quano is an amazing person; he has a wonderful personality to go along with his great skill as a dentist. Ariel his hygienist is smart well versed in oral care and has tremendous skills. I would recommend this Dental practice to anyone the entire staff is professional. I have never been happier with my teeth and smile. If you are looking for a friendly warm Dental experience I would suggest Bayshore Dental.

Dr .Ouano was so kind and has a great personality. The dental hygienist Ariel was very thorough and explained everything to me. She was very knowledgeable and very nice. The whole office staff was nice. I would diffently recommend them.
