Since 2010, our orthodontists, Dr. Thuy Nguyen and associates, and team have been stoked to offer excellent orthodontics in Abbeville, Baton Rouge, Lafayette, New Iberia and New Orleans, Louisiana. To better serve our diverse community, our team collectively speaks English, Spanish and Vietnamese. I would not recommend this place. I had braces here and I must say it was almost a complete joke. The staff are not well trained , I feel like its a money scheme. let me jst say "you get what you pay for". Treatment isnt in full effect until ur total balance is paid off, after that everything is rushed into about 3 months. I do not recommend to anyone. My niece has had her braces for 4 years with this company, once the balance was paid off, I was told she would have to go another year and a half, $150 each month. She is only seen in the office once every 3 months. HORRIBLE! Her teeth have made NO REAL PROGRESS over the past 4 years. Save your money and stay away from this place. Only reason I gave one star is because I could not give zero.

They weee phase, after 5 months calling the Baton Rouge location for my son who had a Bone Marrow Transplamt they wee able a to get him on the next day ... at this location . Customers service part when just dialing numbers I had to get out my characters for them to help me. .. I had left several messages and no one called me back. This office has great customer care for their patients .

I've been having my braces for over six months and I've only had one appointment it's like they refuse to work on my teeth and I'm paying my bills monthly They schedule my for months apart when I'm supposed to go every month highly unsatisfied!!

They are extremely slow. My appointment was for 8:50 and I am still in here at 11:00 and have still not even been seen. The staff is horrifically rude with the covid rules and they are not very attentive to their patients. Would not recommend!

Always issues with appointments causing her to keep her braces on 10 months longer! They cancel & rescheduled for weeks later. She'd get out school at 2:25 they'd schedule appointments for 2:30 stating that's the latest they could schedule but it's ok she can just come in. She'd call when leaving school to let know on way, they'd reschedule her appointments. No one could ever answer why this was done several times. Finally only would speak with manager to make any appointments & paid to get braces & retainer off so we wouldn't have to deal with them. Go somewhere else.

I did not have a long wait and Jessica L the orthodontist Asst was great and patient. I will return to this location and hopefully I can have her as my orthodontist asst again
