The staff at the Lafayette, Louisiana location are extremely unprofessional and inadequately trained! THEY ARE UNEDUCATED ON HOW THE LAW WORKS IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. ACTING IN BAD FAITH, UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, and MALPRACTICE!!!!! THE REGIONAL MANAGER displays BAD PUBLIC RELATIONS SKiLLS and SHE IS UNETHICAL!!!! My teeth shift fast so the orthodontist has STATED SHE HAS TO SEE ME EVERY 3 WEEKS. Well the front desk staff once told the next appointment available was 4 MONTHS AWAY. I WENT BACK And FORTH WITH FRONT DESK STAFF REGARDING THIS SITUATION My top teeth braces/brackets have been off 2 months now. I AM STEADY BEING NEGLECTED by the staff of Bayou braces . The front desks refuses to communicate with the orthodontist and follow the orthodontist rules.THE FRONT DESK IS CONTINUING TO NOT SCHEDULE ME IN A TIMELY MANNER WHICH IS STEADILY DELAYING MY DEBOND BECAUSE MY BOTTOM TEETH ARE MISALIGNED. AT MY MOST RECENT APPOINTMENT, THE Orthodontist STATED SHE HAS TO SEE ME IN EXACTLY 3 WEEKS . NO LATER THAN 3 WEEKS. WELL THE FRONT DESK decided to schedule 4 weeks instead. AGAIN, MY TEETH shifts extremely fast (particularly almost every week) SO that DELAY in scheduling is iterating NEGLECT. IN ADDITION, MY BRACES ARE PAID OFF. MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. THEY HAVE ME EMOTIONAL, PHYSICAL, and MENTAL STRESS. This has nothing to do with the ORTHODONTIST herself. I actually like the orthodontist. IT IS THE FRONT DESK STAFF AND ASSISTANTS THAT IS THE PROBLEM.

Hands down one of the best experiences I had with my child. She was so comfortable and they made her feel very safe and pain free! Thank Bayou Braces and staff!!

Already bringing a toddler to the dentist is not always the easiest task, however I will say from the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out was amazing! I have a 4 year old little girl who is not the biggest fan of sitting down or sitting still for a Dr. but will I tell you that this staff here is amazing! We had Ms. April as her hygienist and she is AMAZING, so sweet and caring for her patients, even the ones who are not in her chair! She makes sure that she tells everyone hello and goodbye with a smile and loved to make my daughter laugh while in her chair! The dentist herself was awesome too; very knowledgeable! We already scheduled for out 6 month check up and can not wait to go back!

This the WORST dentist office EVER! Everything I try to give them the benefit of the doubt something goes wrong! I scheduled appointments for me to show up on time for them to tell me they have to reschedule to weeks later. Try to show again two more times after that they rescheduled AGAIN when I got to the office. They never call and tell me that things changed. I don't have a vehicle so I pay for rides. I've lost money by wasting gas to come up here from Scott this is ridiculous! I showed up today and now all of a sudden my insurance don't pay for the procedure. So I called my insurance and they said they covered it.

Dr.Zare is Awesome and extremely smart. She is very young but highly experienced.I was losing hope that my jaw bite would ever get corrected but it has completely changed since she started seeing me every time. what makes me happy is that other people are noticing the change in my smile too and I'm asking all of them to go see her . highly recommend bayou braces .They have awesome assistants and staff too at Ambassador caffery location . thank you bayou braces

I went for my daughter's braces consultation appointment and Dr. Zare was very knowledgeable and so sweet she explained everything in detail for me and for my daughter,answered our questions and made sure we both fully understood the process as my daughter will be needing extractions. we went to another office for a consultation before and wanted to get a second opinion. My daughter is excited to start her braces soon at bayou braces. I would recommend Bayou braces to y'all out there looking to get braces the staff we met were all nice,clean environment and the doctor was very educated.

Waited over 2 hours for nothing. The blond dental assistant is super rude. This is the last time I go there. last time I was there. They make you look stupid. As if you have no idea what work you need done. They like to take about patience like they can't hear. The fillings that I got less than 8 months ago gave fallen out. They're guaranteed a minimum of 8 years, didn't even last a year. Don't go here!

STAY AWAY FROM A HEADACHE !!!They over book and seem to have way more patients than they could handle if you have to reschedule it'll be months out then your teeth is basically shifting back to how they were which is aggravating because you'll have your braces in forever ,& they have way to many locations to where each location is open on certain days and could make it very hard to fit people schedules if they need to make it on a certain day. They're just doing way to much and making it a inconvenience. I wish I knew this before even starting with them.

I would not recommend this place. I had braces here and I must say it was almost a complete joke. The staff are not well trained , I feel like its a money scheme. let me jst say "you get what you pay for". Treatment isnt in full effect until ur total balance is paid off, after that everything is rushed into about 3 months. I do not recommend to anyone. My niece has had her braces for 4 years with this company, once the balance was paid off, I was told she would have to go another year and a half, $150 each month. She is only seen in the office once every 3 months. HORRIBLE! Her teeth have made NO REAL PROGRESS over the past 4 years. Save your money and stay away from this place. Only reason I gave one star is because I could not give zero.

I had an appointment for a consultation at 9:30am. I sat in the waiting lobby watching people that were scheduled for 10:40am appointments get called back before I did! When I approached the receptionist at the front desk with my concerns, she assured me I was "next." So I sat and watched three more people that had been waiting no longer than 10 minutes get called back before I did! I walked out at 11. I waited for an HOUR and A HALF!! Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere and sharing my experience with others!! Very disappointed.

I would highly recommend this place. It is very clean the staff is very friendly and professional. I have dental anxiety and they explained everything to me thoroughly.The dr was very nice and attentive.

Bayou braces is a complete joke. If I could give negative stars then I would most definitely do so. For three weeks my kids appointments have been cancelled. We are driving from a hour away and my daughter is a freshman at gambling so she is even further so that tells just how important their appointments are to us. Each week the doctor, (the one doctor might I add) that they have on staff has had an emergency. Yes I understand things happen but that's the reason why a place that have so many patients should have more then one doctor on staff to accommodate these type of problems. How can a place that has three locations and that service numerous amount of patients only have one single person on staff that does the type of work that's most important in a dentist office. It makes absolutely no sense at all. NONE!!!!!....

HORRIBLE!!! Do not go here !! Every Appointment i had they told me i Owed a balance. They MONEY HUNGRY. If you need your appointment switched they give you an appointment 3 months later. I would not Recommend to ANYONE!
