Continuity, kindness, excellence, fairness and beautiful teeth are a few of the important goals in Dr.Christy's practice of dentistry. She really enjoys working with composite to reshape the front teeth of her patients without braces or crowns. She attended the University of Minnesota's Esthetic Dentistry Course which was 150 hours. She and her husband Dr. Rick have been married for 40 years and have 3 children. Their oldest son Nick, recently joined their practices as a pediatric dentist.
Dr. Rick received his dental education at the University of Minnesota and the Royal Danish Dental College at Aarhus, Denmark. He completed his pediatric dental residency at the University of Minnesota, where he served as an Advisory Board member for the universitys Continuing Dental Education Division and is a frequent CE program lecturer. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, where his responsibilities are lecture presentation and clinical instruction of pre-doctoral and post-doctoral dental students, and pediatric dental residents. Dr. Baylon is an active staff member of Childrens Hospital Health Center in St. Paul and has served as the Consulting Pediatric Dentist on the Surgery, Anesthesia and Pathology Committee. He is a Consulting Pediatric Dentist for 3M/ESPE and maintains an active private practice with two pediatric dental partners. Dr. Baylon is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Minnesota Dental Association, the St. Paul District Dental Society, the University of Minnesota SOD Alumni Society and (g)nathos.
Dr. Teo received her undergraduate and Dental School education from the University of Minnesota. Teo completed a year of advanced education in General Dentistry from Marquette University, WI. Teo has worked in a community dental clinic, private practices and has been adjunct faculty in the Comprehensive Care Clinic at the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Nick is a board certified pediatric dentist who grew up in the Stillwater area with his parents Drs. Richard and Christine Baylon. He received his dental degree from the University of Minnesota in 2010. He practiced as a general dentist in a community clinic for several years and then completed a one-year general practice residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in The Bronx, NY. Dr. Nick completed a two-year pediatric dentistry residency program at the University of Minnesota in 2015 and received his diplomate status with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry in 2016.

Have been coming here since I was a kid. I'm 22 now. They work very diligently to make sure you, as a patient, are comfortable and cared for. They go above and beyond every single time! Love getting my teeth cleaned by Devin. She's very thorough, and made sure to show me how to care of my teeth better when there was issues. Dr.Christine does beautiful fillings and crowns. I feel like a real queen!!

Would be hard to do better, I'm 70+ seen a lot of dentists, hygienist and support staff over the years. Baylon Dental in Blaine is about as good as it gets. Started during covid due to my previous dentist closing his practice and retiring.

Would highly recommend! They do great work and are always looking out for what's best for you and your budget. Friendly staff and they don't rush to get the next patient in like you get in the bigger shops. They have a day set aside for kids which is a great idea.

Dr. Baylon (the dad) is my son's dentist since he was 7 years old. We switched from another pediatric dentist because at that time my son had 4 baby teeth with cavities and she suggested to pull them out. We would like a second opinion so we visited Dr. Baylon. We were glad we did. Dr. Baylon checked the X-ray result and told us it is not necessary. Now my son is 11 and he is happy to visit Dr. Baylon every time.

Love the Babylon's they have been our family dentist since '99 and my husbands dentist even longer. Our daughter came with me for each of my six months appointments since she was born and they encouraged it because she became used to being in the environment and wasn't afraid to go. We only had one time we needed to rescheduled for her because she was so off that day, she wanted nothing to do with anything or anybody that day.

We love the dentists here. Unfortunately the billing/front office staff always fall short of a great experience. Recently there was a hiccup in billing. I had provided updates insurance info on our March cleaning. I just received a 500.00 bill. When I called the office to clear up the outstanding balance, the lady was rather rude. She then informed me starting in June of this year they no longer would be taking my insurance (Ucare) and said she was canceling my children's appointments that were made in March for September. Never asking if I wanted them canceled. Or even giving me the option to be self pay.

We were lucky to have found this place. Before this place, she had one office with great staff, but a dentist not used to children at all and her second experience was terrifying. Her third experience was this place and I'm glad I didn't give up hope. They were all the same page. Warmth, welcoming, fun, explaining what was happening and why. They included my daughter, and her doll, in the process, putting her at ease. Thorough. At the end, they gave her coins for a prize machine. She had a ball and can't wait to return. When people complain of mouth pain, she tells them they better go to the Dentist Doctor. Staff, hygienist, dentist: all exceptional. They should give training to other dental offices.

Christine and Mary were terrific as usual :) I couldn't ask for a better Dentistry to go to! It is always so warm and welcoming just walking into the building alone! I didn't get to see to have my cleaning done by Nancy this time but I am so glad I still got to see her for a brief catch up :) Devin was wonderful! My teeth are nice and clean and she was a pleasure to talk to. Thank you all so much!
