My name is Dr David Rustamzadeh. Raised in the Alameden Valley in San Jose. I attended Leland High School and earned a BS from Santa Clara University. I graduated from NYU with a DDS in 2001 and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program thereafter. I successfully completed the Post Graduate Periodontics Program at Boston University in September 2005. I earned a Certificate of Periodontology concomitant with a Master of Science in Oral Biology. Following a year of private practice in Manhattan, I returned home to the Bay Area. I am currently employed in private practices providing in-house periodontal/implant therapy for patients in dental offices in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.
Dr. Liu earned his Bachelors Degree in Medical Biology from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City. In 2005, Dr. Liu graduated from University of Columbia, New York with a Degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery. He received his specialty Certification in Endodontics from University of Southern California, Los Angeles.Dr. Liu is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists and Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry.

I have been going to bay fair dental since 15years. Dr Malik and his staff are excellent - no hard sell of unnecessary procedures and the facility is clean and inviting. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Malik is a gem. He is a straight shooter and will work with you to find the best treatment. Wish there were more dentists like him out there. Very down to Earth and a great guy. I don't always come back as often as I should but he is my one and only dentist!
