Dr. Benderson has practiced dentistry for nearly 20 years. After graduating with honors from Towson University, he was a top choice by the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, he was competitively selected for an advanced general practice residency at the Washington D.C. Veteran's Affairs Hospital where he worked with experts in prosthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery. Dr. Nevid has been with Baycove Dentistry since 2016 and we are thrilled to have her as part of our team. Dr. Nevid makes it her priority to help each patient achieve their treatment goals while feeling comfortable and at ease. Dr. Nevid is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and is passionate about bringing her skills to our patients. Absolutely love it here. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, services are always speedy and thorough. I feel comfortable enough to ask questions and the hygienists are always willing to explain anything to calm my anxieties. I have seen Dr.B for probably over ten years now and I am so happy to have found BayCove Dentistry.

I had the BEST cleaning ever today (with Crystal). This team is always so warm and helpful to me (I usually come in quite nervous). Dr Nevid and Dr Benderson are very professional, kind, and helpful.

I will never be back! I had Dr Nevitz assistant telling my husband I'm "difficult" because I have TMJ. She also cut the roof of my mouth while taking X-rays. I have never had someone cut the roof of my mouth ever and assume by her attitude towards me it was on purpose. THEN after taking the doctors advice about replacing an old filling in a tooth that had NO problem I have now spent over $2000 having another dentist fix it. This office is crown happy! My Endodontist and my other dentist said the crown was never needed and because they put the crown on no one will ever be able to tell exactly what they messed up. So they messed up my mouth, made me buy a crown to cover up their mistake and I've been in pain for months getting it repaired. I would not go back here if someone paid me which IMO they should for what they've done to me! I now take extra time and travel to my old dentist who has never had a rude assistant or cut my mouth or messed up any of my teeth!

Not sure what has been going on with this facility lately. They've seemed to have lost some of their appreciation for their patients. I drive over an hr to do business with them but not sure it's worth the treatment. They're super backed up for scheduling any appointment. If you are lucky enough to schedule one, have them send you an email confirmation cause they get amnesia. Any attempt to challenge their processes is met with a statement to find another dentist, which I find rude and inconsiderate. I don't know if they've changed the front desk staff recently but I'm definitely not a fan. UPDATE: I've most recently received a letter stating that the office now chooses to end our patient care relationship. Classic way to avoid addressing their diminishing services. I'm sure it's due to my review. No worries. Just take heed. This dentist office seem to be looking to bully their patients into silence. They are obviously not interested in upholding any level of obligation to their patients and have shown they no longer hold them in a place of necessity since they would cut them lose so freely. I hope they lose every patient they have and only have themselves to blame. Maybe if they would step into the patient shoes they would be more understanding.

I highly recommend Baycove Dentistry. They are truly exceptional from the office staff to the Dentists. I am always treated with such great and friendly care! They have always gone above and beyond to help me with my dental care, emergency visits, insurance coverage, scheduling and my general anxiety of dental work. I have been with Dr. Benderson' a office for over 10 years and couldn't be happier. Dr. Benderson is fantastic, and is always professional and supportive. Great place and highly recommend!

I've been coming to Baycove dentistry for many years and always feel like part of the family. Dr. Benderson, his hygienists, and assistances are absolutely fantastic. The staff is excellent, and is always professional and personable from the front door to the dentist's room. They are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Melissa Nevid is absolutely amazing. I was out of town for business and needed emergency services. Her amazing front desk were able to schedule me within a few hours of my call. Everyone made me feel comfortable while in the practice and they took care of my cracked tooth on the spot. If I lived in Maryland I would definitely continue to utilize this amazing practice. Thank you Dr. Nevid and Staff for all that you did.

Great first visit ever to the dentist for my 3yr old daughter, and first visit for my wife and I at this new office. The team was great from reception to the hygienist to the doctor, all taking great care with my daughter. Great family dental office!
