I am diagnosed with PTSD and I have CRPS, they worked with me and really made me comfortable. I am definitely staying with them for future care.

Very bad clinic. The dentist that treated me was VERY HEARTLESS AND RUDE. I felt like my dentist was a butcher. She put me at least 10 anesthetics on my gums rapidly without at least giving me breaks in between. I kept telling her to stop and I threw the towel on my chest at her then just stood up and left. I decided to not continue my operation. EDIT: I went to the dentist again and I had to include this story. On Friday evening, I began experiencing severe pain in my tooth and wanted to get it removed. However, it was closed and it wasn't going to open till Tuesday. This was pretty annoying but I accepted that this was simply their hours of operation. So for the next few days I was experiencing severe tooth pain and needed to take at least 25 painkillers in this time in between. So by now it's Tuesday and you can understand how eager I was to finally get rid of this pain I've been dealing with. I walked in and immediately was denied service. They said that they got in trouble because of my review and will no longer help me. This is the only dentist my insurance covers. It is baffling that it is legal for them to refuse service to people. You are a dentist! Don't they realize by refusing to serve me they made me angrier and want to discourage people from coming here even more? They could have redeemed themselves and I could've improved the review, but now I'm even angrier. If I could, I'd create a second account to deflate the rating of this place, but I'm scared they'll delete it because it's apparently against Google's terms of service. Like I said: CRUEL and heartless people only focused on making money and don't care about improving people's health.

my experience here was fantastic. i come here frequently to get my teeth cleaned out and for other dental needs. the owner is gentle with patients and i leave with clean teeth every time. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Xie is my favorite doctor. She always provides the best service to patients. She accepts the government's Medicare. My parents have dental implants, bone grafts, and deep cleaning in her office. Good treatment, thank you doctor, now they have happy smiles every day!

My family comes to Dr. Xie office for general and Orthodontic treatment. All the staff in this office is very friendly and knowledgeable of what they do. The Dr and assistants do a great job with explaining all treatment that is being done and future treatment needed. The girls in the front do all possible to get authorization approved and explain what my copays will be if my insurance does not pay. Over all I recommend this office to my friends and family. It's a great environment And attitude. Thank you ladies at Bay View Dental

Dr. Xie cleaned all 3 of my children's teeth very well. I could tell she knows what she's doing. Her assistant was also very good at calming my son down while brushing his teeth and greeted us with a big smile when we were waiting in the wait-room. Overall, I had a great experience at Dr. Xie's office. 10/10.

Good dentist, friendly staff. I didn't have to wait long to be seen. I can't remember her name but the dental assistant was amazing! Made me feel comfortable and explained everything perfectly. Would definitely recommend.
