I have been seeing Bay Pointe Endodontics since September 2020 for a troublesome tooth and jaw that was infected. They took me in right away and coordinated a surgery for me with a specialist within an hour. They later completed a series of root canals on the same tooth to perfection. Not textbook but perfection! They followed up with me continuously throughout the whole process, checking in to see how I was feeling and making sure I had everything I needed. Bay Pointe's office staff was exceptional and extremely helpful in providing guidance in how to get reimbursed for any costs that were not covered initially. Their level of customer service is excellent, which is hard to find in this day and age. I highly recommend them!

My root canal with Dr. Calek was a great experience - as great as a root canal can be, I guess! His patient education on my condition as well as what was going to be done made me feel very comfortable. This was my first root canal so I had no idea what to expect, but he answered a lot of questions and made me feel at ease. I was the last patient of the day and didn't feel like he or the staff rushed at all to get me out the door - they were all very kind and helpful. If I'm unlucky enough to need another root canal, I'd be lucky to have Dr. Calek do the procedure!

The people at Bay Pointe are simply amazing, the very definition of professional. Just had a root canal retreated there and it was a pain-free and relaxed experience. Cannot recommend enough!

Wonder office staff and Dentists. They have been so kind and accommodating to my foster child. The doctor is very knowledgeable, skillful and kind. I will make sure to come to this office for any root canals I may need in the future.

During the Covid-19 pandemic I needed to get a root canal done. I was in pain and very worried about the virus. All my worries were gone when I was greeted with a smile, hand sanitizer and an exceptionally sanitized office and reception area. Everything was sanitized, down to the pen I used to fill out the paperwork. I was taken in quickly, evaluated and all costs were explained. Dr Paurazas and her assistant were very nice and professional. They attended to all my needs during and after the procedure. I would recommend them for all my endodonic needs.

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable! I was walked through the procedure beforehand and told what to expect. Cost was also made clear, so I wasn't wondering about anything. Great experience with a great group of professionals!

Very bad customer service! Got charged for a extra xray then sent me statements and were charging for them as well! Very disappointed! Never heard of a office nickel and diming someone so much!

I am, overall, terrified of any dental/endo work. From my 1st phone call to arriving to a beautiful, clean and welcoming office, all the way through my appointment, i was comfortable and content. Soteria (front desk) greeted me by name, every contact we had, it was like talking to an old friend. The Dr was professional and so kind. The most incredible part, they did not rake me over the coals. The procedure I need does not need to be done by an endodontist! It is hard to find an honest practice that is all about their patients and not about chasing the money. Hopefully I will never need a root canal, but if I do, this is the only place I would go. I was actually bummed out that I did not have to go back, just because the people there are so incredible.
