Dr. Wells Hammock, Dr. Wells received his Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Auburn University and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. He then completed a two-year residency program in Pediatric Dentistry at the Boston University School of Dental Medicine.
His pediatric dental training included management and treatment of special needs patients; conscious sedation; pediatric dental rehabilitation; hospital dentistry with children under general anesthesia; and interceptive orthodontics. During his 2-year residency, Dr. Wells worked at the Franciscan Hospital for Children in Boston, which specializes in the treatment of medically and physically compromised patients.
Dr. Wells is currently a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association and the Alabama Dental Association. In the past, he has served as President of the Baldwin County Dental Society. He now brings more than 15 years of experience in private practice to provide the highest quality of dental care to your child. Dr. Wells is a native of Mobile, Alabama. He, his wife, Elizabeth, and their two sons, Bowdoin and Riggins, live in Fairhope.
Dr. Christi Clements received her B.S. from Auburn University and her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry. She then completed a general practice residency at the University of Colorado. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association and the Alabama Dental Association.

My child is autistic so there are sometimes challenges to getting cooperation. Getting a tooth pulled is scary. Her favorite hygienist came in and calmed her fears. She was fine! Love this place! So glad they are here.

Absolutely amazing! I love the environment for myself and especially my kids, it was very welcoming. We were referred over from a Mobile dentist office. I will take the ride any day because of the first impression was superb! The young lady I worked with she was knowledgeable and gave me everything I needed to know about the upcoming procedure! From the moment we walked in, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The staff really have a way of creating an environment children are not afraid to visit. My child felt right at home during our first visit. She is no longer afraid of the visit because the staff took the time to explain what they were doing and avoided terminology that could cause fear. After having a not so great prior experience with a pediatric dentist, I was not to thrilled at the thought of trying again. Everyone at Bay Pediatric has been so pleasant and helpful. Telisha as well as the office manager (I'm sorry I did not catch a name) have been the most kind in helping us in everyway possible to ensure that we were able to get my child the treatment needed without any delays. Everyone has been a blessing and I am grateful for this fabulous group that I know are going to take the best care of my kids.

My four children (11, 8, 6, 4) have been patients of Dr. Wells Hammock from the start! Our family loves Dr. Hammock and his entire staff. We are always greeted with enthusiastic warm smiles. A very professional, yet warm setting. Each of the children look forward to their visits and in their words the "small" entrance door is a nice touch! Wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
