As oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Dr. Jason LeMoine, Dr. Vijay Parmar, Dr. Bradley Koch,Dr. Charles EllisandDr. Reda Taleb practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery to wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery and beyond. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. Our oral and maxillofacial surgeons can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures. The surgical staff at Bay Oral Surgery & Implant Center are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in the administration of sedation and surgery.

As Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the doctors at Bay Oral Surgery & Implant Center manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth, gums, and jaw. They practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. They also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial bone trauma, and TMJ disorders, and perform a full range of dental implant procedures. The doctors at Bay Oral Surgery & Implant Center are certified in anesthesiology and regularly administer IV deep sedation and IV conscious sedation within our office setting.
Tori is smart, caring, organized, and articulate. She has been an employee of Bay Oral since 2003 and an Implant Coordinator since 2005. She excels at organizing, and when a problem requires outside-the-box thinking, shes the one we call to get it done. Her ability to manage and coordinate complicated initiatives and projects and her firm judgment have made her an invaluable part of the team since the day she came on board.
Dr. Ellis attended Florida State University for his undergraduate education from 1981-1985 and attended University of Illinois, Chicago College of Dentistry from 1986-1990. He completed his general practice residency at the Great Lakes Naval Hospital in Great Lakes, IL in 1991 and medical school at Georgetown University School in Medicine in 1997. He also did his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD from 1994-2000. Dr. Ellis was an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon for the United States Navy for 10 years and spent five years living in Japan while he was forward-deployed on the USS Kitty Hawk. In 2010, he went into private practice in Mebane, North Carolina and in 2014, Dr. Ellis and his wife relocated to Green Bay.

With a complex dental history, including genetics, auto immune disease and TMJ problems - I was amply hesitant about recommended extractions. Dr. Parmar was unfathomably kind, compassionate and genuinely interested in my dental history before making treatment recommendations. The extraction process was seamless and healing has been far better than expected. The front office staff did an excellent job exploring costs and scheduling with me and checked in after the procedure. If I could have every type of dental care at this office; I wouldn't hesitate for even a moment. Dr. Parmar is the gold standard, in my opinion. I'd never go anywhere else. Thank you!

Medical procedure went well, but your office financials can use improvement. A courtesy call or text days before the appointment would be helpful.

I found Dr takeb superior in his field, My wife and daughter were allowed to stay in the examine room and hear everything the Dr had to say he explained all of the process of what neede to be done. I would recommend Dr Taleb to everyone.

I am in UP and referred to this clinic for all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I did at the end of 2021 within 30 minutes. No pain. No other issues. Very nice front desk, very professional doctors and nurses there.

I came to Dr. Taleb with a pretty traumatized mouth. Thankfully, Dr. Taleb was able to repair much of the damage and placed 2 implants. Any time I was nervous or felt the need to be seen, they made time for me. Facilities were clean, staff friendly, and great at their jobs. Highly recommend.

I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction at Bay Oral. The entire experience was much better than I feared. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the procedure itself was much quicker and less painful than I expected. While it wasn't exactly fun, it was better than I could have imagined.
