As oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Dr. Jason LeMoine, Dr. Vijay Parmar, Dr. Bradley Koch,Dr. Charles EllisandDr. Reda Taleb practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery to wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery and beyond. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. Our oral and maxillofacial surgeons can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures. The surgical staff at Bay Oral Surgery & Implant Center are experienced, certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in the administration of sedation and surgery.

As Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the doctors at Bay Oral Surgery & Implant Center manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth, gums, and jaw. They practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. They also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial bone trauma, and TMJ disorders, and perform a full range of dental implant procedures. The doctors at Bay Oral Surgery & Implant Center are certified in anesthesiology and regularly administer IV deep sedation and IV conscious sedation within our office setting.
Tori is smart, caring, organized, and articulate. She has been an employee of Bay Oral since 2003 and an Implant Coordinator since 2005. She excels at organizing, and when a problem requires outside-the-box thinking, shes the one we call to get it done. Her ability to manage and coordinate complicated initiatives and projects and her firm judgment have made her an invaluable part of the team since the day she came on board.
Dr. Ellis attended Florida State University for his undergraduate education from 1981-1985 and attended University of Illinois, Chicago College of Dentistry from 1986-1990. He completed his general practice residency at the Great Lakes Naval Hospital in Great Lakes, IL in 1991 and medical school at Georgetown University School in Medicine in 1997. He also did his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD from 1994-2000. Dr. Ellis was an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon for the United States Navy for 10 years and spent five years living in Japan while he was forward-deployed on the USS Kitty Hawk. In 2010, he went into private practice in Mebane, North Carolina and in 2014, Dr. Ellis and his wife relocated to Green Bay.

Very Friendly staff! Everyone really took the time to get to know me and my needs. They explained everything very clearly and took the time to answer any questions I had. I truly felt they cared about me. They were very honest about what they were going to do and what I would feel. I had a great experience!! I will definitely be recommending their services!!

Very good job. Little bit of nerve damage but it was a good experience. Very nice they can give anesthesia.great doctor and colleagues. I like the numbing spray they use for the iv, was out 30 seconds later. Good 24hr emergency service calls.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Everyone at the office was friendly. Dr. Ellis does an amazing job. He explains everything. I have to say that I have had a couple of procedures.. I had sedation. ( so I didn't see hear or feel anything). Both procedures left me with no pain each time. Thank You for taking great care of my teeth Dr Ellis and staff Cathy Dennis

Dr. Charles Ellis is a very talented, professional, and compassionate doctor. Most of my experience has been at the Marinette office. The staff was always kind, and friendly. TJ ...you're the greatest!

Absolutely great! I would do it all over again, no problem or questions asked. I was in and out so fast my mom didn't finish her magazine. We went in to the room, Dr. came in. He told me to look up at the animals on the ceiling and I was out. I work up what seemed to be seconds later and the whole room was back to normal with just the nurse sitting there waiting for me to awake. Never had any after care problems or anything!

I went in to see Dr. Jason LeMoine for an implant. Of course, I was nervous but the procedure went very smoothly and with minimal pain. Very professional, caring and friendly staff. I highly recommend Bay Oral.
