This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. Our oral and maxillofacial surgeons can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures. As Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the doctors at Bay Oral Surgery & Implant Center manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth, gums, and jaw. They practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. They also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial bone trauma, and TMJ disorders, and perform a full range of dental implant procedures. The doctors at Bay Oral Surgery & Implant Center are certified in anesthesiology and regularly administer IV deep sedation and IV conscious sedation within our office setting.
Tori is smart, caring, organized, and articulate. She has been an employee of Bay Oral since 2003 and an Implant Coordinator since 2005. She excels at organizing, and when a problem requires outside-the-box thinking, shes the one we call to get it done. Her ability to manage and coordinate complicated initiatives and projects and her firm judgment have made her an invaluable part of the team since the day she came on board.
Dr. Ellis attended Florida State University for his undergraduate education from 1981-1985 and attended University of Illinois, Chicago College of Dentistry from 1986-1990. He completed his general practice residency at the Great Lakes Naval Hospital in Great Lakes, IL in 1991 and medical school at Georgetown University School in Medicine in 1997. He also did his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD from 1994-2000. Dr. Ellis was an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon for the United States Navy for 10 years and spent five years living in Japan while he was forward-deployed on the USS Kitty Hawk. In 2010, he went into private practice in Mebane, North Carolina and in 2014, Dr. Ellis and his wife relocated to Green Bay.

the surgical staff and dr's are phenomenal! had my wisdom teeth taken out just about two weeks ago and everything is healing nicely :) I do have to say though, the front end staff weren't very friendly. I was very nervous about coming in, even to my second appointment and even just a smile goes a long way and no one made me feel welcomed. A patients experience starts with them. A little disappointed.

I was upset with Bay Oral surgery when they called and canceled my appointment when was on my way to appointment I have seventy miles to drive for my appointment. The rescheduled my appointment for a couple of days later. That appointment went good. I was satisficed with the doctor that did my extractions and his assistant that kept me informed on what to do for the healing process. They also sent me something to compensate for my drive. Front office staff not friendly.

Dr. Koch did an absolutely amazing job with a wisdom tooth extraction. It took him all of 5 minutes to remove, and there was no pain whatsoever, either during or following the procedure! In less than 2 days, the extraction site is nearly fully healed! Subsequent to Dr. Koch's highly successful extraction, I required 2 emergency molar extractions, which was assigned to Dr. Ellis. I was accepted immediately following the initial diagnosis from my family dentist across the street. In a grand total of just 30 minutes, i was in-and-out of the Bay Oral Clinic following another successful extraction. Dr. Ellis was every bit as accomplished as Dr. Koch! There was no pain whatsoever during the procedure, and only minimum discomfort following! Highly recommended! You will be in great hands with these premiere practitioners!

The procedure i had done was/felt like quick and easy. One moment we were talking about the two teeth I was having pulled and the next thing I remember is waking up. Highly recommended!!! Pain Free!!!

Always consistent with timeline of appointments which is very important to all of the working world and I am amazed at the time in/out and professionalism of the staff and doctors. I highly recommend this practice! I have had minimal discomfort and did not even need any pain drugs for anything I have had done there which is very important to me!

Both of my visits were very quick and painless. I had a fully impacted wisdom tooth pulled for one of my visits and they put me under and the next moment I wake, they're all done. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing an extraction done.

Dr. LeMoine is a chip off of his father's shoulder which , like Dr. Miskella, is a true professional in not only what he practices but also his compassion for his patients welfare. He really truly cares about this patients and his staff emulates the same attibute. Even when a patient might have a different opinion on something they want him to do, he listens to them and proceeds to follow through on their wishes to appease the patient. This is a perfect example of my previous description of him. I would not want any other implant dentist for my remaining time on this earth. A sincere thank you to Dr. LeMoine and his wonderful staff!!! God bless all of you and your continued service to mankind...
