As oral and maxillofacial surgeons, Dr. Jason LeMoine, Dr. Vijay Parmar, Dr. Bradley Koch,Dr. Charles EllisandDr. Reda Taleb practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery to wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery and beyond. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. Our oral and maxillofacial surgeons can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures. As Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the doctors at Bay Oral Surgery & Implant Center manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth, gums, and jaw. They practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery to wisdom tooth removal. They also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial bone trauma, and TMJ disorders, and perform a full range of dental implant procedures. The doctors at Bay Oral Surgery & Implant Center are certified in anesthesiology and regularly administer IV deep sedation and IV conscious sedation within our office setting.
Tori is smart, caring, organized, and articulate. She has been an employee of Bay Oral since 2003 and an Implant Coordinator since 2005. She excels at organizing, and when a problem requires outside-the-box thinking, shes the one we call to get it done. Her ability to manage and coordinate complicated initiatives and projects and her firm judgment have made her an invaluable part of the team since the day she came on board.
Dr. Ellis attended Florida State University for his undergraduate education from 1981-1985 and attended University of Illinois, Chicago College of Dentistry from 1986-1990. He completed his general practice residency at the Great Lakes Naval Hospital in Great Lakes, IL in 1991 and medical school at Georgetown University School in Medicine in 1997. He also did his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, MD from 1994-2000. Dr. Ellis was an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon for the United States Navy for 10 years and spent five years living in Japan while he was forward-deployed on the USS Kitty Hawk. In 2010, he went into private practice in Mebane, North Carolina and in 2014, Dr. Ellis and his wife relocated to Green Bay.

Great experience with Dr. Hoch and the entire team. They kept me informed on what steps I needed to do next, and explained what they were going to do at each step. Would highly recommend. Dental work is not always the most pleasant experience, but they made it much better.

Very satisfied with my experience. Friendly and professional, also very expedient which I really appreciated as I tend to be very anxious about dental procedures. Almost 24 hrs post-op and virtually no pain.

The staff were so nice and really helped to reduce my stress level. Everything was done professionally, but also friendly. While having oral surgery wasn't fun, Dr. Taleb and all the staff really helped me to get through it, in such a supportive atmosphere. Thanks, everyone. I will definitely recommend you to my friends.

Not sure it would be possible to be pleased having 4 wisdom teeth pulled at age 61, but it was truly a positive experience. Dr. Parmar and staff made sure to carefully explain everything that was going to take place with the extraction, and patiently answered any and all questions I had. Instructions were clearly explained for the recovery process and all has been going well since arriving home.

I just want to say thank you to all the staff that took care of me starting right from the minute I checked in to being helped to my car. I can't say enough about Dr. Parmar he explained everything about my wisdom teeth removal. I had IV sedation and for someone that has a huge fear of the dentist, he was very patient & understanding. I would definitely recommend Bay Oral .

Dr. Taleb and all the staff at the Voyager Drive location were absolutely amazing when my 9 year old had 4 teeth extracted under anesthesia. He was never scared or felt uncomfortable thanks to the compassionate care he was given from check-in to his chariot ride to the car. Dr. Taleb found something in common with my son and made sure to talk about that to keep him distracted while he set up the IV and medications and my son later told me he really liked that Doctor and nurse a lot. I told him I did too. We were thoroughly impressed. Thank you for the fantastic experience.

I find the staff upbeat and helpful. Time is taken to explain procedures and next steps. Dr. Lemoine is very skillful and has a great sense of humor which always helps when undergoing surgical procedures. I highly recommend Bay Oral.

Very happy with the Specialist we had seen. My daughter has TMJ going on and the DR was very knowledgeable and explained in detail how everything works and ways to relieve pain and discomfort. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Parmar and all of the staff were fantastic. I needed an extraction and did not know if I wanted sedation or local. Dr. Parmar explained all my options and whatever I am comfortable with. Great listener and even better with distracting me from the IV for the meds. Would definitely come back here again and see Dr. Parmar and staff!

I had a very good experience with the doctors at Bay Oral and am currently having a nightmare of a time with their billing department. My treatment was "paid in full" at the time of my procedure (according to them), and one week later at the time of my checkup. Now- mysteriously, there is a new bill that no one in their office can justify or rectify, yet they persist. At the time of payment the accounting department seemed confused and the quotes for my treatment seemed to vary from person to person. I would warn future patients to seek ultimate transparency on treatment costs before becoming a patient here.

I have just gone in their not to long ago and had the coolest experience ever the doctor walked in and we started talking about what was going to happen then he asked me what i called my hat which is a beany or a chuke depending on if you come from Michigan or not
