I had a root canal procedure done on a back molar by Dr. Kim last year. While he confirmed that the root canal was complete, I had swelling and complications after I had a crown placed by another (competent) dentist. After being referred to an endodontist by my current dentist, I learned that Dr. Kim had only cleaned out 1 out of the 3 roots, causing the remaining 2 to become infected. I could have lost this tooth if I had not gotten it checked out in time, but I did have to cough up over $1000 for an emergency root canal procedure. I also want to note that whenever I came in for a cleaning with Dr. Kim, he would identify 2-3 "cavities"; meanwhile, my new dentist has not found one cavity in the past year. DO NOT GO HERE.

Absolutely spectacular customer service, every single time. From every staff member from the front desk all the way to the Doctors, from the consistent text reminders for appointments to making future appointments, the whole experience is magnificent. Do look no where else, because the degree of customer service experience that Bay Dental provides goes far beyond it being 5 stars.
