Dr. Philip Kaplan graduated Cum Laude from Wagner College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in the field of Biology. Dr. Kaplan went on to Howard University College of Dentistry where he obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in May of 2016. He graduated within the top 5% of his class. He was inducted into the Pi Pi Chapter of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a country renowned Dental Honor Society recognizing academic and clinical excellence.
Upon his graduation from Dental School he received awards and recognition from the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Osseointegration, the American Association of Endodontics, and the American Academy of Periodontology.
After dental school Dr. Kaplan perused advanced training in General Dentistry and completed his General Practice Residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center, where he was ranked within the top 3 residents at the program.

Vincent Circosta, D.D.S. joined Bay Dental at the Pointe in 2021 Prior to this he completed a General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center. A native of Staten Island, Dr. Circosta was part of the inaugural class of Touro College of Dental Medicine where he completed his dental training using the most state-of-the-art technology for the digital dentistry era. Anthony Cirillo, D.D.S. joined Bay Dental at the Pointe in 2021 Prior to this he completed a General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center. Originally from long island, Dr. Cirillo graduated from the prestigious New York University. Dr. Cirillo is currently accepting new patients at Bay Dental at the Pointe.

Dr. Robert Gorgoglione has always shown an interest in helping others from an early age. Despite requesting multiple times to not do deep cleaning, I left the office with a couple holes in my bottom teeth. I took down my review yesterday but had to put it up again because I realized this morning that I am not comfortable smiling and am affected by the ignorance of the staff who did not take my request seriously and left the office crying. The ignorance was not warranted.

From the first phone call to the receptionist to the x ray tech to the dentist this was truly one of my best Dentist experience. I am so afraid of dentist but the whole team maid me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I start the work on my mouth on Monday. I'll let u know how that goes. I'm actual looking forward to going back. So far so good. Check back Monday

If I could give zero stars I would! This place has been the worst experience ever for a dentist office. The front never knows what's covered by insurance. So I always do my own research call the company and find out for myself, only for the one of the front girls to tell me very rudely it's never covered by insurance and that I need to pay immediately for the services. When I receive my documents from my insurance company it shows they did receive payment for it than I need to call the office for a refund and need to wait to be reimbursed since they only do that once a month. How is that my problem! If they actually looked up this information in the system on their end (which they can but don't) they would could save a whole lot of head aches for people. Next, I rarely receive a phone call back when I am following up on my case. My crowns are covered by insurance, followed up with my insurance company why nothing is happening they never sent it the documents needed for them to review and approve it. If your not happy with what insurance pays than maybe you guys should reconsider taking insurance at all cause this has been over a year and I am still waiting and nothing has happened.

9:30 am, called for an urgent care appointment. 10:20 in the chair getting X-ray done. 10:30, Dr. Cirillo examining the tooth and the X-ray is up on the TV for me to see as he clearly explained what needed to be done. All the work was done and I was on my out the door before 11 am. Problem resolved in under 90 minutes. So basically if you need an urgent care appointment, I believe you will have very much the same experience. I highly recommend this dentist office.

I decided to send an email at night to schedule an appointment and they called me very early in the morning. My visit to the dentist was an emergency and they scheduled me for an appointment for the same day. I received an excellent attention I can recommend this place satisfactorily.
