The dentist here, Beltre, has some serious issues working with clients. He poorly explained to me what dental work my daughter needed (he stands in the hall and just randomly tells you stuff, doesnt show x-rays or any paperwork). Then when I pointed that out, he couldn't handle the discussion and asked me to use a different dentist. My 3 year old was unable to complete the dental work he said she needed, I actually had to go and grab her out of the chair while Beltre yelled "if you want me to drill into her teeth, I can drill into her teeth!" What a way to treat a pregnant mother coming to your office, and in front of young children. I hope she won't be afraid of the dentist after seeing one act so crazy! There are a million dentists in the area. It's okay to go to a different dentist. Best of luck to you though Beltre! Edit to add: I HIGHLY recommend Confi dental, it's right down the road!

I have been to many dentist and this has been the only office that has been so informative and answered any questions I had. They are all very friendly. I'm glad to have come across this dental office.

Red Flag #1: They don't allow you to go back with your child Red Flag #2: They don't show you the xrays to explain dental health and needed dental work. Red Flag #3: They will call you repeatedly during working hours and leave voicemails threatening to cancel your appointment if you don't call them to confirm it. Red Flag #4: Beltre, the dentist, will openly complain about negative reviews! Final Red Flag #5: If you disagree with Beltre and the way he is handling his office and communication, he will argue with you and make outlandish remarks.

I've been taking my family here for years and I highly recommend for several reasons. The entire staff is friendly, professional, honest. I can always get appointments for routine things within a short period of time and my husband was even able to be seen quickly for an urgent issue. My son has a chipped tooth and Beltre did an excellent job of repairing it quickly and it looks great! Seriously, the best dentist in the area.

Dr. Beltre and his staff are phenomenal! They are friendly and welcoming. Each visit is meticulously planned and executed. I never wait too long to get called back and cared for. They are also very accommodating with tight schedules and rescheduling.

Absolutely horrible! I would not bring any child here very unprofessional. Please take them elsewhere. The dentist makes a trip to the dentist very unsettling to a child. Parents are not able to be in the room with them, which is weird because I've never had a dentist tell me that before! Went to another pediatric dentist in the area and she is amazing! There out there don't let this dentist make you think there not.

My husband, my two children and myself have been going to Bay colony dental for years. We have always been treated with respect and kindness. The staff is very professional and Dr Beltre is caring and gentle which is great because young kids and even some adults need that!
