I grew up in Fremont, California. I attended college at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA and graduated magna cum laude with my Bachelor of Science in Biology. I studied abroad for a semester in Perugia, Italy. I then graduated with High Honors from theUniversity of the Pacific- Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, CA to obtain my Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.). I earned a Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the Cincinnati Childrens Hospital Medical Center, which is ranked the third best childrens hospital in the country in 2016 from the U.S. News and World Report.

I had to take my son to the dentist to have two fillings done and sealants put on some of his adult teeth. We both walked in with a bit of anxiety and walked out with huge smiles - all due to the sincere kindness shown by Dr. Amanda, Safa, and the front office staff. Absolutely amazing first dental visit for our nervous three year old. Maria and Dr. Amanda did an amazing job making our little one feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this office!!!

Second canceled appointment after I show up for it out of 3 made for my kids. They cancel appointment because I didn't confirm but it was confirmed over the call and there was no reminder sent to me to confirm. Very unprofessional service and management. Also for a cavity treatment I had for my kid, they checked insurance and said it will cover full cost but after the treatment they asked for $40 or so payment saying insurance didn't cover. This had happened earlier as well with my other kid. Receptionist waived the fees after I told them as this is second time you are wrong about it. If you get treatment here then make sure to ask for covered cost and record it.

My daughter loves coming to Bay Area Kids Dentist! Not just because she gets a cute toy at the end of her visit but the staff and the dentists are so friendly and patient with her. She is on the spectrum and sometimes doesn't have a good day, Even on those days they are able to get a full cleaning and Xrays done. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.

We love Bay Area Kids Dentist! Sunnyvale location has been the spot we have been going to for the past 7/8 years! All three of my children feel comfortable and actually look forward to going for their check ups. We used to go to Dr. Mullen but, then after she left we now see Dr. Amanda and she's amazing! Super clean, efficient and professional their business and all staff employees. We also go to their Ortho location for my oldest son. If your looking for a great pediatric dental office this is the place and would high recommend!

So efficient, entertaining for the kids, hygienists are wonderful, dentists are thorough, and give positive reinforcement for kids to keep up the good work! Waiting area has toys and video game to keep kids occupied if you have to wait and they get to watch their choice of Animated shows during their teeth exam. I've never had a wait either but the entertainment I'm waiting area is super helpful when filling out forms!

I am disappointed by the ortho treatment that my child is receiving. They made an expander for my child that it so weak it broke while he was eating, and now they are charging us $350 to replace it. This is not fair and doesn't make much sense as my child will keep eating!

LOVE this place! My son looks forward to going to the dentist (he is only 3!) Especially with the headphones and kid movies in the ceiling haha. Everyone here is so nice and they know how to work with kids. We recommend it to all of our friends. We are so happy we found this place.

We have been visiting this office for last 10 years for both of my kids. Dr.Radwan & Metwally are very Professional and knowledgeable, Patient with Kids and also to the anxious parents in explaining details clearly. Excellent atmosphere with Professional and Courteous Staff. We are very happy.

Dr. Amanda is amazing. She is an incredible pediatric dentist who has an efficient and unique attention to detail. She sees all three of my children simultaneously and her fabulous hygenist staff each give my children 1:1 attention throughout their entire cleaning. My children love going to Bay Area Kids Dentist!
