To rebook an appointment, they asked me to pay $75 nonrefundable penalty to go back to my dentist and get a referral for the correct paining tooth. Front desk agent Stephany was rude to a patent who is in pain. As other reviewers mentioned that this place is a money hungry place. Please note that no one told me at previous appointment cancelation time that there is a cancelation fee of $75, I might not have cancelled knowing this and could have tried to work with my dentist in time. This is their way to take advantage of a patent when a patent is in need.

I am extremely surprised that these guys have such a high review because they broke off my wife's teeth during a routing root canal and then tries to pawn it off as a regular thing that happens during root canal. Had to spend additional 1800 to extract the teeth and do the bone grafting. The dentist who did the bone grafting said the person who did the root canal didn't seem to know what he was doing.

I had the best dental experience for my 7yr old daughter here. She had to go through root canal. The doctor was so patient with her , it helped to reduce the anxiety a 7yr old would have for a root canal. Also, assistant Mona was super nice, she made my daughter so comfortable. Highly recommend them

This was our first visit and our dentist told us my neighbor needed several root canals and recommended we come to Bay Area Endodontics. The receptionist was extremely courteous, professional and handled the paperwork smoothly. Dr. Leong, the dentist performing the work was very communicative and kept us well informed of the procedure. The process was smooth and the staff genuinely nice. I would highly recommend coming here

Bay area Endodontics was able to get me an app the next day after I called , the service was 5 star, Claudia at the front desk was very sweet and helped me get the referral all sorted out.Nancy was Dr.Tandon assistant and made sure I was comfortable at all times , Dr Tandon did an amazing job taking my pain away and fixing my tooth. I highly recommend bay area endodontics!!

Wow! I am thoroughly impressed with the staff and especially with Dr. Radhika Tandon, DMD. She was professional, precise, and cared about every little detail she puts into her dental artistry work. I had a root canal done and I thought I was going to have residual pain after the procedure but to my surprise, had ZERO pain or inflammation after the local anesthetic wore off. Thank you.

Dr Peritore is amazing! Very kind, compassionate, and a patient listener. I've had a lot of root canals done and I didn't feel any pain when Dr Peritore did my surgery. Really appreciate Nancy who assisted in the surgery. Very grateful to Claudia who was very warm and friendly and super thorough with my insurance/payment details!

I had a great experience with Bay Area Endodontics! I'm usually not very good with dental related things, but Dr. Victor made sure to explain everything I needed to know and that I was comfortable throughout the root canal. As far as root canals go, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Victor!

being a first time doing root canal in usa I would say it's very scary at first to hear name of dentist and doing root canal but this doctor victor periore is very professional and well skilled in his work , I might be having shortage of words but he is excellent and asks very nicely to patient before starting procedures and front desk Claudia she is full of calm she explains each and every paper soo well ,she is first person u will see with great hospitality welcome nature..,and this assistant Nancy I saw her greeting to other patient soo well while taking to dentist like HI NICE TO MEET YOU and ofcourse when she was attending me also with great smile on her face n she was preparing for all the stuffs for me.. well bottomline this people are all a-z perfect their service is best I like a lot But I can't say anything about those injection on effects Rest ..I can recommend my friend or anyone

Exceptional experience. Dr. Peritore performed a root canal with same-day consultation. He and Nancy (assistant) worked extremely fast. Great follow-up from Claudia. The entire process end to end quick and painless. Very impressed. Highly reccomend for endodontic treatments.

I have been in pain for weeks and in dire need of a root canal (my first). I elected to go with Bay Area Endodontics based on their excellent reviews/testimonials, and even with my high expectations going in, they still managed to overachieve. Dr. Marshall Michaelian was excellent, as was his assistant Deanna. They were both extremely knowledgeable and professional, demonstrating a high degree of competency and attention to detail throughout the procedure, with great bedside manner to boot. The root canal was over before I even knew it. I experienced no pain whatsoever. Jasmine at the front desk was also great, very helpful and responsive to any needs or questions that I had. Overall this was just a great experience, the reviews are 1000% accurate, Bay Area Endodontics are the best specialists in the area! Highly recommend and will be going back for any future procedures!

The Endodontist who treated the infection & did root canal in my front tooth (crown) did a great job & was very nice explaining the whole procedure & what to expect before she started. The dental asst. also was nice & made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The health & safety of their patients are their priority. The front desk staff is kind & helpful, too. I highly recommend Bay Area Endodontics at Gellert Blvd., Daly City, CA if you need to see Endodontist in the future.
