Moana and Dr. Leong were exceptionally kind to me. I have dental anxiety and they really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Every part of my experience exceeded my expectations. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone, especially someone with anxiety about dental procedures.

I needed a root canal asap to replace a front tooth I lost two days prior. The service and professional staff experience was outstanding. The doctor took his time to explain the procedure and I was surprised that it was painless. If you have heard the horrible stories of root canals this is not the place for it. They take the best care of you. They check on you after your procedure to make sure you're doing well. Simply outstanding!!

I had a great experience. Stephanie greeted me and was so kind. Mona and Dr Leong were so sweet and caring. Mona even took the time to put on relaxing music when I told her I had a bad experience at a different dentist years ago. Dr. Leong explained every step of the procedure and together with Mona just made me feel as comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend Bay Area Endodontics for dental care! I would like to add that this review was from my visit at the San Mateo office.

What a great experience. I was extremely nervous about getting a root canal. (This was my first.) The staff were great about calming my nerves and explaining everything that was going to be done. Dr. Peritore was amazing. He too made sure I was always comfortable, and not once did I feel any pain or discomfort. I highly recommend this office for your Endo needs.

I went in for a consultation to see if I needed a root canal performed. I arrived early and the receptionist was pleasant in answering my questions on the form I needed to fill out. Mona escorted me to the room and performed a x-ray, she asked me if my primary dentist talked to me about my cavities, that was thoughtful of her. Dr. Do took a look at my x-rays and gave me a consultation and said that a root canal wasn't currently necessary and that I should contact my primary dentist and have my cavities filled first. Overall, Dr. Do was hospitable and my visit was enjoyable.

Everyone at the office was very professional and making sure I feel at ease. I was disappointed that I would need to go to another office for special X-rays to have my procedure done. Dr. Tandon was very patient in explaining what I may need done and the alternatives depending on the outcome of the new X-ray results.

Dr Kory Golchert was simply amazing! So effective and efficient. He is very kindhearted and throughly intelligent and articulated every step he performed along the way. Please go to him if you are in need of any dental procedure, especially a root canal. The endodontist was learning a new technique while he was repairing my tooth. Because he wasn't doing it properly, some sort of solution was flowing out of my mouth and I ended up with a chemical burn on my face. I get that he needs to learn on the job, but I felt like I should have had a discount or something. Also, it wasn't at all clear where I was allowed to park my car. It would be helpful if the staff sent information about that in the text they send patients before appointments.

Marshall and staff were so friendly and great! They really took care of me since I was so nervous to get a root canal. It's been over 15 years for my last one. If I need another root canal in the future, I'll be going back to them!

Last March I had a root canal done, after 2 weeks i still had pain in my jaw, after that I started to have huge sensitivity on the tooth that was worked on, i complained to my regular dentist and they said "nothing" was wrong, I called the dentist that did my root canal but I refused to have the same one look at it, after all the pain I was done. They never had an appointment available so I let it slide and waited to be "pain free" as time went by, here we are 10/28/22 and after having my dentist look at this same tooth because the pain and sensitivity would not go away I just found out the problem is much bigger and deep, he only gave me 2 options: re do the root canal or implant. Because of someone who did not help me when I said I had pain to begin with months ago. So NO, I don't ever want to step foot in the San Mateo office, I may loose my teeth because of this, which is the less of my worries, but I had pain since the day the dds messed with the tooth canal
