Dr. Matthew Bauer is a 2003 graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. He then went on to earn his Masters in Orthodontics at St. Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education. Dr. Bauer has since returned to join the clinical orthodontic faculty at St. Louis University.
Dr. Bauer is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Missouri Dental Association, the Greater St. Louis Dental Society, and the Orthodontic Education and Research Foundation. In 2008, Dr. Bauer completed the Roth/Williams Center for Advanced Education in Orthodontics course in functional occlusion. Since that time he has also become a member of the Roth Williams International Society of Orthodontics as well as the Roth Study Club International. Dr. Bauer is also a Diplomate, American Board of Orthodontics.

Debbie is our financial coordinator and has been with Dr. Bauer since April 2011. Debbie is married with two daughters, and has four grandchildren. In her spare time Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Amanda has been working in the orthodontic field since 2010 and loves every minute of it. Her knowledge and experience truly allows her to stand out at Bauer Orthodontics. Her lively and spirited disposition brightens everybodys day. She enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter and being surrounded by family and friends.
Treatment Coordinator, joined Bauer Orthodontics in 2015. She enjoys meeting with new patients, helping them understand the ins and outs of orthodontic treatment. When not in the office, she spends time with her husband and three daughters and two grandchildren.
Megan has been a part of the Bauer team since 2018. She enjoys being one of the first to welcome our patients to the office and helping to get them started on their orthodontic journey. You will find Megan at the front desk always greeting our patients with a smile. She enjoys spending time with her husband, and four daughters.
Melissa has been in the dental field since 2013. She loves every part of her job, especially being able to help create new smiles. When not adding her own extra smile to the office, Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, and playing with her fur babies, Blake and Caine.
Ashley first entered the orthodontic field in 2018. If Ashley is not working hard behind the scenes in the lab, you can find her in the clinic where she loves helping patients transform their smiles! In her free time, she loves going to the gym, and all things outdoors with her husband, Luke.
Kendall joined the Bauer team in 2021. She loves that Bauer Ortho feels like a family, not just a workplace. When Kendall is not working, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephew.
Melissa has been in the orthodontic field since 2020 and joined the Bauer team in 2021. Her favorite part of ortho is debond day, and helping make our patient's smiles beautiful. When Melissa is not in the office, she loves going on adventures with her son, Kayson.

Since our children have been patients of Dr. Bauers, our family is very pleased with the service we receive.
