Before opening my private practice on the Central Coast in 2002, I began my career in Los Angeles, as an associate dentist in a group practice with emphasis on cosmetics and full mouth rehabilitation. Early in my career I decided to practice dentistry from an integrative perspective, where a comprehensive treatment is the key factor in achieving long term results and overall health.
I love learning, and I believe that one should never stop growing, searching for answers and developing new skills. So, after graduating from USC, I continued my education through intensive training in advanced dental porcelain cosmetics, periodontal surgery and grafting, dental implants surgery and prosthetics, sleep apnea, Invisalign, Botox for dental therapeutics and TMJ. With over 800 hours of documented continuing education hours, I am committed to excellence for my patients.
Some of my surgical training has included implant surgery and prosthetics at the University Of Miami School Of Dentistry and Harvard School of Dental Medicine, the Implant Seminars Continuum in San Francisco, and training from Dr. Pat Allen for periodontal plastic surgery. I also participated in teaching and organizing the Implant Seminars Continuum in Los Angeles, focusing on bone grafting and dental implants surgical techniques.
Throughout my career, I made it my mission to bring all aspects of dentistry together in order to best design comprehensive treatment plans for my patients to achieve full mouth rehabilitation and overall health and customized smile designs.
Marie is a native of the central coast and has been in practice for over 20 years. She graduated top of her class from FresnoCity College in 1999. She is laser certified and a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association and American Society of Forensic Odontology. Marie takes many continuing education classes, workshops and seminars, in order to stay at the forefront of dentistry and provide her patients the most current treatment options.
Marie loves getting to know her patients and providing them with the highest level of individualized dental care. She has a deep respect for each patients unique needs and makes a point of putting the patient at ease and creating a comfortable environment where they can relax and know they will be cared for.

I earned my RDA license by being a student of Dr Bauers for 15 months. This non traditional opportunity allowed me to become a well-seasoned assistant who has learned by doing. I value furthering my education to stay at the forefront of modern dentistry. Which is why I am currently studying to receive my Registered Dental Assistant in Expanded Functions.

Hi there! Im Jude, I was born and raised on the Central Coast of California. I have been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2014, graduating with honers from San Joaquin Valley College. I also have my degree in pre-nursing from Cuesta College. Working with Dr. Bauer has fueled my passion for growing my dental career which is why I went on to further my skills and education by obtaining my license in Expanded Functions from the Dental Career Institute in 2020. I feel very blessed to be apart of such a talented and compassionate team.
Hello, my name is Stephanie. Welcome to Bauer Dental Center! I began working in the dental field at 18 years old. I was a Dental Assistant and also worked as a Receptionist in the front office. It was there I found my love for helping patients maximize their benefits and coordinate their treatment. I took some time off in the dental field to raise my children and as rewarding as that has been and is, I am happy to be able to work again at helping patients achieve the smile they have always wanted.
When I am not at work, I am spending time with my three boys ages 15, 13 and 11 years old. We enjoy camping, going to the lake, hiking, swimming and anything that allows us to enjoy the beauty of living on the Central Coast. Most of all spending time hanging out with our friends and family barbecuing, playing games and making memories. My family is my treasure; I am thankful to have found a family here at Bauer Dental Center. I look forward to welcoming you into our family here as well.
