5 Stars! I know Matt and Kelly through teaching their children. I've wanted to make the switch to them, but just hadn't yet. I had a dental emergency, and they went above and beyond! I'm staying with Bateman Dental! I would give more stars if I could.

They were a good experience for my daughter but I couldn't get myself scheduled. They told me to call September 1st so I called and left a message on the 2nd. I never received a call back and called many times and no one answered the phone. I finally got through after many attempts today to be told to call back in November. It's just not worth the energy unfortunately.

I'm totally satisfied with Dr. Bateman and his staff. Professional, excellent care. Friendly doctor and staff. Prompt. He suggests procedures that save the patient money rather those that cost more.

Today I went for my checkup they where so very nise Miss Kelly Bateman what so nise she pulled my tooth and I was so scared but she was so nise thank you so much Kelly

Huge shout out of THANKS I suffer severe anxiety and everyone me feel so comfortable . His assistant Jennifer was very nice sat with me while waiting on my tooth extraction. Really appreciated that more than words can say. Dr. MATT BATEMAN, I am so very grateful I found your office. You are truly a blessing. After many years of suffering with my anxiety for dentist. You have shown there is patient and kind Denise around. Please know I will be telling everyone of the great service I received today. God Bless You.

My 11 year old loved the Hygienist and Dr. Bateman. I myself am very picky when it comes to any kind of medical since I have been to so many bad ones but this one is MOM approved and 5 stars well deserved. Great office and wonderful friendly staff.

Dr.Bateman has been my go-to guy for a little over a year now and he's my favorite dentist I've had! He always makes time for his patients and gives the best care possible. His prices can't be beat and the environment is like no other. The staff is always very welcoming and will help in any way they can. 10/10 would recommend!

Overall great experience! For someone who has been dreading going back to the dentist I could not be more pleased with the service I received here! All of the staff are very friendly, and Dr Matt is excellent.

Fantastic dentist, really cares & it shows, all the other employees are super sweet too & they all talk to you like a normal person & not like in a cold doctor type setting. Willing to help with prices & payments which is helpful for so many people. We don't live nearby & gladly travel the distance to come here.

Can yall cut the music down? I literally do not see how yall concentrate on work. Can yall even hear yourselves think? I seriously don't understand the loud music. Its everytime we come. I feel like I gotta go outside just to have a conversation or a little peace. Its not like yall have to drown out the sounds of screams & cries. Because yall are overall a pretty great dentist office. Nice staff. Clean office. Very caring. The parking space sucks. Most of the parking is reserved for that old makeup store Merle Norman.

Excellent service, the Dr, is very kind and friendly and very professional the staff that works with the Dr, are very friendly, if you have any dental problem go visit Dr Matt Bateman's office, I recommend it

Five stars from me because this is hands down the best dentist in Nacogdoches Texas. Called after hours because of an killing toothache and not only did they answer but the dentist honestly stayed and saw me and gave me something for the night till my appointment tomorrow , they literally we're going home when I called. Five stars because he could have went home but instead he was kind and I appreciate it thank you from the heart god bless you and I think I should add how I didn't know where the office was so was running a little late , but he called and waited so unheard of I'm very grateful called a few other dentist the same day while they were closing or close to closing and no one but Bateman saw me what an angel !
