Dr. Bateh is very thorough, easy with whom to speak, awesome "crew," pleasant office surroundings. Great sense of humor, really "knows his craft!"

I saw Dr. Bateh for what should have been a routine filling on a cavity. After leaving his office that evening and the next morning my mouth was in a considerable amount of pain. I contacted the office and was told to hold while they spoke with Dr. Batah. He declined to see me because his schedule was full & suggested I go elsewhere - MIND YOU I SAW HIM THE DAY BEFORE & WAS CRYING IN PAIN. The pain was unbearable & so after calling a few places I found a dentist would could see me at that moment. During my visit with the next dentist it was determined that the filling was done incorrectly as in to much of the tooth had been drilled out and I would now need a root canal - this cost me about $1600 out of pocket after insurance. I forwarded all the bills & records to Dr. Bateh's staff Kay and I heard NOTHING back from them. After this experience I have since found a new dentist who was able to determine that most of the fillings Dr. Bateh did had to be fixed, I have now spent hundreds of dollars now having the issues corrected.

Dr. Bateh and staff are absolutely AMAZING!! I've been to over a dozen dentists throughout my life and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. And I feel this way Every time I come in!!! I never thought I would say this, but I love going to the dentist now! Lol. The most caring and genuine staff ever. Dr. Bateh you are an angel!! Keep doing God's work! See you guys again soon, thank you for everything!! God bless you

I came in today and saw Dr. Shah he was amazing he worked me in today for an extraction, it was a great experienc e no pain at all, he explained everything to me, I'll definitely be seeing Dr. Shah again. His assistant Tameka was very nice and pleasent.

Dr. Bateh and staff are absolutely AMAZING!! I've been to over a dozen dentists throughout my life and this is by far the best experience I have ever had. And I feel this way Every time I come in!!! Dr. Bateh and Melinda are amazing. I get anxious when I go to the dentist...but not with them. They are extremely kind and knowledgeable. Best dentist I have ever gone to. 100% recommend.

Dr. Bateh is by far the best medical professional that I have ever encountered my 43 years on this earth. He is personable, kind, patient, and explains everything he is doing so that you have a good understanding. I am so glad that I took the time to do some research to find a new dentist and found him. It's not just him either, his entire staff are all friendly and personable people. Do not hesitate to make an appointment with him! You will not regret it.

Dr. Bateh is by far the best medical professional that I have ever encountered my 43 years on this earth. He is personable, kind, patient, and explains everything he is doing so that you have a good understanding. I am so glad that I took the time to do some research to find a new dentist and found him.
