Dr. Ken Korpan is a 1993 Graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago Dental School, DDS degree. He has a Bachelor's degree in biology from Benedictine University (IBC) in Lisle, IL. He has been practicing in Batavia since 1995. Throughout his studies in both undergraduate and dental school, Dr. Korpan work as a State certified Fire Fighter and EMT. He has served on several western suburban fire departments including Lisle/Woodridge, Darien/Woodridge, Belmont, Lemont, Clarendon Heights, and TristateFire districts. His experiences as a fireman, strengthened his passion to help others in need.
Staying on the leading edge has always been a priority for Dr. Korpan. This is demonstrated by his dedication to continuing education. Dr. Korpan is now a member of the All-on-4 Dental Clinics NobelBiocare. He has completed extensive continuing education to provide implant-retained dentures, the most advanced technique available.
Dr. Korpan has been married to his wonderful wife Irene since 1989. Together, they have three children; Demi, Andy, and Kayla. Dr. Korpan spends his free time volunteering for the Boy Scouts Of America, as an Assistant Scout Master for his son's troop and a certified merit badge counselor for the Boy Scouts.

I started seeing Dr. Korpan when I lived in Batavia, 15 years ago. I still travel there because of the high quality of work and speed that Dr. Korpan provides. Also, the entire staff are just great people. That's why I keep coming back...and so will you!

My daughter and I have been long-time patients of Dr. Korpan, having regular cleanings and miscellaneous dental work (e.g. fillings, and a crown). This specific visit on 12/28 was because on Saturday, 12/26 I had chipped enamel off of the side of one of my lower molars. What a fun thing to do over the weekend! I called the office Monday morning to see when they could fit me in, and they had me come in right away! I was worried that I'd need another crown, but Dr. Korpan was able to correct it with a filling. When I told him I thought I'd need a crown, his response was, "we like to save our patients money!" Not only has Dr. Korpan been great, I really appreciate the Dental Hygienists, Dental Techs(?), and Office Manager! Oh, they also offer spa-like services (pre-COVID).

All staff is kind and welcoming. Going to the dentist is always nerve wracking for me (let alone during a pandemic) and they made me feel so comfortable and at ease! Would definitely recommend!

I brought my 6 year old here for the first time yesterday, after our previous dental practice closed. Everyone was great. We liked the receptionist snd the hygienist! They had a TV for him to watch on the ceiling during his cleaning, and were very personable and friendly. They allowed me to bring my 4 year old and 2 year old back to watch, to get them used to the dentist. They recommended x-rays, but did not pressure me when I asked to delay them. They did not pressure me to do fluoride treatments either (though they did offer them!) I appreciated them taking my opinion and parental choice into account! The dentist was great, and explained things thoroughly. My son was thrilled that he got to choose a prize out of a treasure chest when he was done. I am bringing my 4 year old back next month, and I plan to go in September. My husband is going to go as well. If you're looking for a dentist, please give them a try!

I had a great experience at the dentist! The staff treated me warmly when I checked in. The dental hygienist was friendly and all of the tasks (x-rays and cleaning) were done quickly and thoroughly without much discomfort. The doctor (dentist) is very knowledgeable and open to questions. Highly recommended.

Greatest Staff Friendly, Professional, and accurate. Dentist is one that doesn't want his patients to feel any pain. Office is very modern even has TV s that you can watch while being worked on.

Love this dentist and the hygienists. They are all very personable and remember specific things about you and what's going on in your life. They are all great with the kiddos too. Dr. Korpan has a great technique for making the numbing shots hurt a lot less! Unfortunately we moved so we couldn't go here anymore. I wish we could have packed up this whole office and taken them with us.

Been using them since my former dentist retired. Modern clean facility and super friendly staff. Great place for the whole family. They always remember us and are great with my kids. Highly recommended.
