CDT, RDA, CD, CDP and a Master Denturist is a 1971 graduate from the U.S. Army Dental Technician School. In 1974, after serving in the Army, Orville started working as a dental technician in the Same-Day denture business in Florence, South Carolina. Following that, he started Mid-America Denture Clinic in 1978 in Missouri. Shortly after retiring in 1990, Orville moved to Texas in 1997 and began working for Affordable Dentures of Texas in Gonzales, Texas. After 8 years in Gonzales, he joined Dr. McDonald at Bastrop Denture and Implant Center as head of their on-site dental laboratory
Dr. Vo is a Texas native born and raised in Carrollton. He attended the University of Texas at Austin, earning his B.S. in Biochemistry and becoming a published researcher in phylogenetics. Dr. Vo received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the Texas A&M College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX. He is a former president of the Psi Omega Dental Fraternity and member of the Odontological Society. Following dental school, Dr. Vo moved to the Austin area where he currently resides and practices dentistry. Outside of the office, he enjoys eating pizza, spending time with his dogs, playing video games, and teaching drumline
Gregory Kon, DDS is the owner of Bastrop Denture and Implant Center and a 1992 graduate of the University of Illinois in Chicago where he also received his general practice residency (Michael Reese Hospital). He completed a mini residency in nursing home and long term care at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2011. Dr. Kon graduated from the University of Texas Implant Preceptorship at San Antonio in March 2017. He is a member of the American Dental Association and maintains membership in the Texas Dental Association. Dr. Kon is also MDI (Mini Dental Implant) certified. 2012 saw the start of his first private practice called Senior Smiles, LLC: a mobile dentistry practice designed to serve a growing elderly population in nursing home facilities. Dr. Kon opened GK Dental, PA back in April 2015, which is also a mobile dentistry practice. His focus is to address the oral healthcare needs of an elderly patient population that is under served, yet having a tremendous need for dental services
Dr. Sara Elhusseini was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt. She graduated with high honors from Misr International University with a degree of Bachelor of Dental Science in 2011. Following graduation from dental school she completed a one-year dental internship. She then worked as a general dentist for four years during which she also worked as a Fixed Prosthodontic teaching assistant for one year at Misr International University and as Periodontology teaching assistant at British University in Egypt for another year until she moved to the U.S in 2016 to pursue her aspiration of becoming a U.S trained Periodontist. nShe obtained her specialty training in Periodontology and master’s degree in Craniofacial biology from the University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles. She completed her intravenous conscious sedation certification during her residency program and has been maintaining an advanced cardiac life support certification. In 2019 she moved to Austin, Texas and has been working as a periodontal specialist ever since. nShe has been lecturing in Austin and Dallas for general dentists, specialists and dental hygienists about dental implant placement, sinus augmentation, soft tissue augmentation and esthetic crown lengthening (gummy smile correction procedures). She is very passionate about her field and educating her patients about it. She strives to thoroughly walk her patients through the treatment process. nDr. Elhusseini is married and has husky dog. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and hiking with their dog. Her favorite hobbies are kayaking, squash, painting and horseback riding

They were great! Easy and immediate appointment setting (they got me in same day!). Dentist was honest and informative (even if I didn't want to hear what he had to say!). Would highly recommend.

I had an 11:00 appointment. I was taken to a room and I sat there 45 minutes then the doctor came in for 5 minutes. I had other things to do too. It's ridiculous I had to wait that long . I had an appointment for a certain time. that's when I should have seen the doctor. So i was very irritated

Original set of same day dentures were *fantastic* - look just like my real teeth. The only problem is that I am ready to get a new set and I can NOT get anyone to call me back by leaving a voice mail or using their online form. I've been trying since last fall off and on and no response. I want to come back to them but if I can't get a response I'll be forced to find a new provider. I have cash - why can't I give it to you, Bastrop Dentures?

Had a long journey to do implants to replace a very old bridge that broke off and took my teeth even with my gums with it. It takes time but finally finished and it is perfect!! The staff is friendly and helpful, and when it comes to Dr Vo, he is totally talented and so caring of every tiny little detail. I have been to a lot of dentists in my long lifetime, but not one could come close to Dr Vo. He is the absolute best out there!! Thank you to all the staff

My dentures have cracked 2 times. First time repair was fast. This time I took them in on Tuesday morning and they were going to call me when ready on Wednesday. They didn't call and it's too late to pick them up today. I hope they are good on Thursday. Meanwhile, soft food again with no uppers.

I've had extreme "dental fear and anxiety" for most of my life. I've suffered many years with broken teeth and tooth loss from biting and grinding my teeth. Bastrop Dentures & Implants was recommended to me by three of my friends. I can't even begin to share what a great experience I've had. From the first visit to the extractions and dentures; this team has provided me with care, compassion, and comfort. Dr. Kim is an amazing human and is highly skilled at her dentistry craft. I still had some fear but I was made to feel so comfortable with her and the awesome staff. I am so happy with the results, i would do it again if I had to. Getting my smile back has changed my life and brought back my self esteem. Thank you!

By far the best Dentist office I've ever been to. I never once felt uncomfortable or bad for not having good teeth. I have my smile back and I feel like myself again. Dr. Kimberly Nguyen is awesome. Every trip was worth it!!

I recommend these folks 100%! I have very little ridge as I have had dentures over half of my life now- I am hard to fit for sure. Not only do my teeth look beautiful, but they fit great- even the bottoms! I ate Mexican food- chips and all for the first time an hour after getting my new teeth! I am so very pleased! I will be taking mother in next! Thank you!

I won't even give them one star. I went there three weeks ago and told them I needed my top dentures and bottom plate. They took impressions of the top and bottom. They give me my top dentures, in which the teeth are not centered, and told me I had to come back in three weeks to get my bottom plate. I went today, three weeks later, and they tell me they need to take and impression and it will be three weeks. I spent $40.00 on gas and took off of work and payed someone to drive me there. Very unprofessional and misinforming!
