Dr. Bastian graduated from UT Knoxville in 1974 with a BS degree in Animal Science. He earned aDDS degree from the University of TennesseeCenter for the Health Sciences in 1981. After practicing four years in Gallatin, TN in agroup practice, he established hissolo practice at this location, 734 E. Main Street, Hendersonville,in 1986.
Dr. Bastian is a long-standing member of the American Dental Association and the TDA. He is a member ofthe nationally recognized continuing dental education study group, Summit Institute. He and his staff attend numerous continuing dental education meetings and seminarsin an effort to maintain state-of-the-art knowledge regarding dental care.
We have been serving our community's dental needs for over 30 years. Regardless of your dental needs or concerns, you may be assured your treatment will be highly competent, considerate and rendered in a friendly and 'patient' manner. After all, the essence of a proper and successful doctor-patient relationship is a reflection of the Golden Rule in life - treat others as you would want to be treated.
Finding a 'dental home' can be a little stressful. In order to maintain your dental health, it is important to choose a dentist you trust and schedule regular cleanings and exams. .Dr. Bastian has been our dentist almost every since we came to Tn. He is the best and the staff is very nice and pleasant.

Dr. Bastian is truly the BEST dentist in Hendersonville. I had to undergo a pretty extensive procedure, and have a *very* high tolerance to local anesthetic. Dr. Bastian and his staff worked extensively, and patiently, to ensure that I was as comfortable as possible, with the end result being 100% worth it! Paula, who manages the office, kept me utd on my scheduling, reminders, and prices that would be incurred with my insurance. Bastian Dentistry is the only place that I would recommend for top-notch dental care in the Hendersonville/Gallatin area.

Broke a tooth and needed a root canal and a crown. The root canal was quick and ZERO pain. Dr. Bastian was explaining the process of a root canal to me while he did it. Was interesting and also comforting as it was evident he knew exactly what he was doing. A year later and the crown is still in place with no issues. Will be lifelong customer.

I LOVE this Dentist office. I have been coming here for years and refuse to go to any one else. This staff is so kind and friendly from the time I walk in to the door and out the door. My teeth are in good hands and my smile shows it. Not only does this Dentist office keep my smile looking great the one on one act of care and teaching of good teeth hygiene that this Dentist displays is superb.
