Kind, caring and so gentle. The office is so clean. It's hard to get an appointment but the staff is very accommodating.

Dr Nguyen is just World Class... Her patience is just outstanding... The previous dentist that we went was unable to handle my daughter's behavior but Dr Nguyen handled it so nicely.

I am so happy to find Dr Tina Nguyen and her practice! The office facility is always clean and organized with activities for children of all ages in the waiting area. The location is conveniently located right off of Interstate 78 (exit 33). The front desk staff is very friendly and making appointments are easy with helpful postcard reminders sent a month in advance of your appointment; I've never experienced any trouble finding an appointment date/time that didn't work for my family. The dental hygienists are very kind and knew exactly how to calm the nerves of my 4 year old twins while getting an X-ray done for the first time as well as my son having to get scary cavity fillings. Dr Nguyen awards the kids with a choice from a prize box with my son getting to choose an extra special prize after each cavity filling appointment. Dr Nguyen is very thorough in explaining to me as the parent about the cavity filling process to ensure I was also comfortable to put my child through the experience. She cares about prevention as well and gave me tips on how to encourage healthy oral habits for my kids. Overall, Basking Ridge Pediatric Dentistry gets FIVE Stars from me and my family; my twins will be loyal patients for years to come.

Hands down, the BEST children's dental office by far!! Impeccably clean and professional. Dr. Nguyen and her staff have made taking my daughter to the dentist a true pleasure. She always wants to impress Dr. Nguyen, so she takes excellent care of her teeth- which also make my life easier!! Also very accommodating in emergent care and scheduling. Overall, very LOVING, CARING & SENSITIVE office and staff and I would very highly recommend...they're the only ones deserving of such recommendation.

I was very impressed with this office. My little ones are always excited about going to see Dr. Nguyen and it's a relief to finally find such a caring and gentle Dentist. The office is very clean and the entire staff is very attentive and friendly. Our appointment was excellent from beginning to end.

Exceptional work deserves a review. Dr. Nguyen and her staff are very professional and well mannered. The receptionists were remarkably friendly and prompt, which is always nice since they're the ones that get you settled in. The Dr. seems to work very softly with her hands because I barely even heard a peep/complaint from my daughter, which is really something I don't usually see. Glad to have found this dental office and I don't see myself making a switch anytime soon. Highly recommend.

It is very hard to find a good dentist, most especially one that specializes in pediatric dentistry. You may find one that is really great with their craft but your child cries every time you get in the door. I am fortunate to have found Dr. Tina Nguyen, who is not only a great dentist but is also mild-mannered and soft-spoken. It is very hard for children to be nervous around Dr. Tina. To be more specific, how many times have your children announced that they love their dentist very much? My daughter has. She declared it when she was 1 and a half, while getting ready to have her teeth cleaned. That was a little over 10 years ago and my daughter continues to see Dr. Tina and has not stopped saying she loves her, when asked.

Dr. Nguyen was recommended by a friend who has a special needs daughter because she is patient with her. She does do a good job at cleaning little kids' teeth, from our experience. Unfortunately, my experience as a parent was a little rough the third time we visited. The receptionist was extremely rude as asked for insurance info. We went back to get my son's teeth cleaned, thinking it wasn't personal. When we went back to the front, the receptionist THEN and only then shared that our insurance info was out of date. I didn't realize that, and apparently, they had tried unsuccessfully to contact me on my old phone number to tell me that. "All" we had to do was pay the full pre-insurance bill on our way out. No attempts to email this info, no attempts to send anything in the mail, no mention before we went back for the visit. My advice: Make sure you know how much you'll pay before the visit and that you're prepared to pay it before you go back.
