Dr. B was great! I was not looking forward to my first dentist appointment in a while and Molly and Dr. B put me right at ease and explained everything before/ while they did it. Dr. B was able to explain intricate processes in a way I could easily understand, with my having zero medical knowledge. I was also very impressed with the friendly office staff and cutting edge technology Basin dentistry has. I no longer dread going to the dentist- thanks Dr. B!

I wasn't going to write a review but if I can prevent one person from such an awful experience then sharing my story will be worth it. The dentist is horrific and judgemental.. I have horrible teeth and I am fully aware of it! I am new in the area & was in hopes that I could establish dental care here. The dental assistant was pleasent enough, however the dentist, Dr. Burney is a nightmare! She is the absolute coldest, calloused, uncompassionate, accusatory person I have EVER encountered. She wasn't interested in hearing how my teeth had come to be in this condition, she made that very clear. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. Especially by someone that is supposed to be a professional. Someone I am paying to do a service! I sat there crying in pain. If she doesn't want to work on bad teeth perhaps she should find a new profession especially given her bedside manner or lack there of! Might I add I went in on a Thursday and was told she would call in an antibiotic that day, I finally got them the following wednesday after calling them on Monday. Please, if your teeth are bad, save yourself from the humiliation and go elsewhere!!!

I went there to get a tooth pulled they pull it but it was Infected and they said if it hurts let them no and they well stop and I told them 2 time it hurt and go get the Medicine and they did not sent it over so I had to wait 2 hr to get it after I call them to send it bad place to go never go there again

Basin Pediatric Dentistry has been a great place for my family. Dr. Kelcey Parrot has been wonderful. You can tell when you are talking to her that she is kind and compassionate and really cares for the babies in front of her. She did a Frenectomy on our baby and she was very gentle and kind with him. She also spent a lot of time talking to me and answering my questions about the procedure beforehand. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kelcey! The front staff is nice as well. The wait is a little long, but as a family we think its worth it because of the care that we receive.

Front desk and rest of staff were very nice and friendly. Unfortunately the Doctor (Dr.B) was not the friendliest, nor could tell I was anxious, I talked more to the assistant than the Dr on my visits. I would have appreciated more time with the Dr. If you need a friendly, warm, patient Doctor, maybe try the other one in office instead. I switched due to this and that they do not take ANY kind of insurances.

All of the staff were very professional & explained everything they were doing in detail. I have a lot of work that has to be done & they are working with me on payments, as well. I would definitely recommend Basin Dentistry.

We've been patients here for several years. Dr. Ellis has been treating an usual tooth injury for one of my kids and I'm very pleased with the care she's received. The staff is helpful, friendly, and listen to my kids' concerns. Today a hygienist, Roni, gave my daughter some personalized care that made my daughter feel even safer and more involved in her health care. We are both so grateful. Thank you to the staff at Basin Pediatric!

Basin Dentistry is the best, today Callie, cleaned my teeth and did an awsome, super job! Thanks for returning to Midland and Basin. Dr. Burnuey is the best! Staff are so nice and seems like a fun place to work!

Rude, not helpful, and arrogant. Never even stepped foot in, and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Disclaimer this is a little long winded and detailed so that the next person doesn't wast time. We scheduled an appointment for myself and three children, (a month wait) they took our insurance information at that time. The day before the appointment called to let us know that they aren't in network for our insurance (guardian). She assured me that they were better than anyone in our network I asked if she could tell me who is in network to that she replied she couldn't actually see who was in network. Frustrating having wasted a month on a waiting list but mistakes happen so we canceled the appointment. Day of appointment we received a call asking where we were??? We explained what we were told they lady said that the pediatric side was different and scheduled an appointment for five days out. Not wanting a repeat I called to confirm insurance was accepted and in network. The lady that answered seemed to be bothered that I wanted to verify this information and told me insurance is complicated furthermore they aren't in network for any insurance provider. She did go on to explain that some insurance companies will pay but was bothered to look up our insurance. After explaining that our insurance would only cover a portion of the routine check up and cleaning I asked if we may cancel the appointment so that we may find someone in network. To which she replied and the most unprofessional thing I've ever heard. "OK not a problem have a good day GOOD LUCK finding someone in network"

After bouncing from 3 dentist trying to get my son treatment, we were referred here. First, the staff themselves deserve 15 stars. They are incredibly busy, but do not miss a beat when it comes to being helpful and kind. When it came to the procedure, it was all hands On deck. Dr Ellis was kind, to the point, and got the job done- about 5 of his staff were there to help, walking in to check and offer more hands. We were called later on that day to check in on my son. Truly a great place.

The dentists and staff at Basin Dentistry were wonderful! Both dentists were very helpful with my needs and making suggestions that would be more beneficial for my treatment. The atmosphere is extremely clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend Basin Dentistry for all of your dental needs!

Best office all around! Very clean and quick to get you seated. I had no issues with the treatment I had received by Dr. Bernuy. My crown and fillings sit perfectly like nothing ever happened. I will be coming back for any future dental needs!

They did an excellent job repairing my broken tooth. Everyone was attentive, efficient, and friendly. They made what could potentially be a very unpleasant experience not so bad :)

I am not impressed at all. I went in for a painful tooth. The dentist laughed at my pain and blew air on the painful area. The referral they gave me were some of the rudest people I've ever had the misfortune of talking to. No follow up was done which turned out okay because I went elsewhere anyway. For a dentist that doesn't take insurance, they could learn a few things about empathy and treating patients better. I won't be back.
