We make it easy for patients. We ask patients to come into our office and allow Dr. Jason Lewis to diagnose and offer treatments that address their dental issues. Dr. Jason Lewis promises to alleviate dental concerns and relieve any anxiety patients may have had from a previous experience

Traci is the Team Leader and keeps the office running smoothly. She has a Bachelors in Secondary Mathematics Education and a Masters in Mathematics. She is a former Algebra I and II teacher in St Johns County. She was also the JV Cheerleading coach at Bartram Trail High School. She retired from teaching and coaching when she had her twin boys in 2006. She started working in our office in 2007 in a bookkeeping capacity. Since then, she has learned every aspect of dentistry and our practice. We are very lucky to have such a diverse young lady to lead our team. To relieve stress, Traci watches bad reality TV and cheers on her two boys at their baseball and basketball games.

Jamie B joined our family in the Summer of 2019. She is a lifetime resident of St. Johns County and graduated from Pedro Menendez High School. Upon graduating the University of Central Florida with her Bachelors in Communication Sciences and Disorders, she returned to her elementary school and taught 1st grade for 6 years. She is truly passionate about educating others and finds joy in working with our Bartram Dental Assisting School and its students. She also works as a Team Leader to help our dental team achieve their goals of providing the best patient care combined with an outstanding experience. Jamie, her husband, and their daughter Emerson, enjoy riding bikes, seeking out the best bagel spots, and going to the beach.

Grace has been a part of our team since September of 2014. She entered the dental field as a chairside dental assistant, but her passion for dentistry inspired her to further her education and become a hygienist. Her favorite part of being a hygienist is educating our patients on how to maintain optimum oral health and making the connection between the mouth and the rest of the body. Her strength is seeing our extra anxious patients. She is quick to make them feel at ease and comfortable in the dental chair. To stay current in the field, she attends continuing education courses and study groups. Grace resides in south St. Augustine with her husband, two children and two Labradors. In her spare time, you can find her at Orange Theory or on the beach.

Megan has been in the world of dentistry since 2017. After graduating dental hygiene school from the University of Nebraska (Go Cornhuskers!), she and her husband made the move to sunny Florida and have loved every minute of it. Her favorite role as a hygienist is building lasting relationships with each and every patient while keeping their oral health in the best shape possible. She is always up for a continuing education course or new training in order to stay up-to-date in her career. In her free time, she enjoys working out, taking the jet ski out, but most importantly spending time with her husband and their sweet and spunky corgi named Watson!

Leslie started working with our BDC team in the Summer of 2021 after she and her family moved here from California. Leslie has been in the dental field since 1998. At the young age of 9 she knew she wanted to become a dental hygienist. While in high school, she began working in a dental office after school and quickly fell in love with dentistry. In 2007 her dream of becoming a dental hygienist became a reality. As a hygienist she thrives on educating her patients and her passion along with her love of patients makes her excited to come to work each day. When Leslie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, and her new Golden Doodle puppy Auggie!

Brittney has been in dentistry since 2015 and is a very knowledgeable Dental Assistant who is ready to answer any questions our patients may have regarding care. She traveled to us from Texas in 2014 and has made the transition to Florida life quite well. She has proven to be a fast learner. When she started with us, she didnt know anything about dentistry now, she is our Head Dental Assistant. She shines when she works with our dental assisting students. She is an excellent teacher and very patient. When not working, she spends her time with her Navy husband, Cam, and is enjoy life as a new mom to a sweet baby girl, Brooke.

Megan is a recent graduate from the Bartram Dental Assisting School as the Valedictorian of her class, even though shes fresh into her dental career shes eager to learn and has a great chair side manner when it comes to helping her patients. Her favorite part of dentistry is making nervous patients comfortable and at ease while in her care. Megan loves spending time with her family and her dogs. If shes not at the beach, shes somewhere enjoying live music. She is a true Florida native, and she grew up in the small town of Branford, Florida and moved to Jacksonville at the end of 2020.

Teri has been with the Bartram Dental Center since 2006. She is the front office coordinator and can answer just about any question you may havefrom procedures to insurance, Teri has such an extensive dental background that you can be certain you will be in good hands. She has over 35 years of experience in the dental field and we are so lucky to have such a knowledgeable individual on our team. When not at the office, she loves gardening, biking, and going to the beach with her five grandchildren.

Jamie C. joined our team in June 2014. She started her dental career by answering a will-train dental assistant ad in her home town in Montana. She soon discovered how rewarding it was to help people reach their dental goals. After moving to Jacksonville in 1999, she continued to work chair side and took the opportunity to learn the workings of the front office. With her extensive dental knowledge, she learned how to help people navigate through their treatment, from beginning to end. She is now our insurance expert and definitely the one to go to if a patient has any questions about their particular policy. When not working, Jamie enjoys catching up with her three grown children, going to the beach with her 3 dogs, and riding her Harley Davidson with her husband and friends.

Tara and her cheerful spirit joined our team as we were moving into our new location in Spring 2021. She was born and raised in the St Johns area. Before beginning at Bartram Dental Center, she attended Flagler College and graduated with a degree in Sociology. Tara enjoys meeting our patients as the New Patient Coordinator and working with our Airway Specialist to help patients achieve better sleep and a healthier lifestyle. Outside of work, Tara enjoys getting snuggles from her baby girl, Mia and finding all the best coffee and dessert spots!

Jewels started working in dentistry in 2020 as a temporary sterilization tech. She quickly learned she thrived in the dental office and helping others and was excited to find a permanent home with BDC. Jewels favorite part of her role is creating relationships with patients and making them feel welcome. Native to the Jacksonville area she enjoys spending time with her family on the lake and riding ATVs. Jewels has many furry members of her family 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a hamster named Mr. Hank!
