Dr. Jennifer Bartlett has committed her life towards helping those in her community to enjoy better oral health, to find restored confidence, personally and professionally, and to improve the quality of their lives. Her extra efforts have resulted in many happy patients and have earned her consistent, 5-star reviews on independent dentist review websites where her patients have eagerly given her top marks.

Dr. Bartlett is homegrown and proud of her Harrison roots. After graduating Harrison High School in 1989, she attended the University of Central Arkansas and graduated in 1994. From there, she went on to study at the LousianaStateUniversity School of Dentistry in New Orleans, Louisianawhere she received herDoctorate of Dental Surgeryin 1999. While in Dental School, she chose to be an exchange student where she studied at 'The Queen 's Hospital', Guys 's Hospital in London, England, United Kingdom. Louisiana State University had various requirements she completed at the renowned Charity Hospital in New Orleans. She returned to Harrison to serve the dental and oral health needs of her community, where she has been in private practice ever since. She is blessed to have her family, she married her husband Eddie in 1995. They have two boys Caleb and Jon.

In the Fall of 1999, Bartlett Family Dentistry was born. It was located behind the hospital in a building that was owned by North Arkansas Regional Medical Center. Dr. Bartlett happily practiced in that location for a few years. When Dr. Bartlett received word that the hospital needed more room for parking and were considering tearing down the buildings Bartlett Family Dentistry was in, Dr. Bartlett started praying and looking for a new office location. In Christ, there is no coincidences, its just when God wants to remain anonymous. That being said, just days later, Mrs. Marilyn Scroggins home on 315 West Bower Ave. was put up for sale. Mrs. Scroggins and Dr. Bartlett had known each other for many years. They went to Church together and Mrs. Scroggins was a seamstress Dr. Bartlett had just had a dress tailored by Mrs. Scroggins for an upcoming wedding. Dr. Bartlett loved this house and had always thought it was a good place for her dental practice. With all of the renovations and upgrades to the home, it was unfortunately unfit for her practice. Many options were considered, but it was decided to move the home to another location, and build a new building.

Below is the front page of Harrison Daily Times where the house was moved, September 2002. We moved into our current location of 315 West Bower Ave. InFebruary 2003we had our open house with a petting zoo in the parking lot and food and fun for the whole family!

We understand that if you want the best results, it is necessary to incorporate and use the best practices and technology in the industry. This is why we use state-of-the-art technology here at Bartlett Family Dentistry.

Great experience. I was in so much pain & the dentist wasn't there to just get the job done. Her & her staff really wanted me to be as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure. Would highly recommend

I love this place! I would highly recommend anyone to go to the Bartlett Family Dentistry. Big thanks to Logan! She took awesome care of me. Thank you to Doctor Bartlett. Everything thing was professional. They have a super positive atmosphere. Reinforce with Good Job, Good Job, Good Job all around. I didn't have any dental insurance. Great place and low budget. It was a magical experience. Who can say that about a dentist office? 10 stars!

I really love Dr. Bartlett, and the entire staff. They are always very professional and a hoot, they always make me laugh when I would usually be terrified, since I do not like usual dentists!

I will NEVER use this Dentistry again. I went in for a aching tooth and was told it was abscessed at which time I was told it needed to be pulled but first it needed antibiotics and I clearly stated I am allergic to two different drugs. The antibiotic that was prescribed to me contained one of those two drugs I found out from the pharmacist so the dentist gave me a different one. That drug could have killed me by closing my breathing. Once the pain went away it seemed I was being pressured to come in and have the tooth pulled.....that was on Dec 2 and yet now it is Jan 8th and there has been NO more pain and the new dentist I went to took xrays and stated there is now NO abscess. I lost trust in Bartlett dentristy and I was told they have state of the art facility but they do not make dentures on site and it could take up to 6 months I was told to make them right.....never again.

Very nice and professional. Never have I had a dentist and staff take as much time as they did. All my questions were answered and options given. Logan the hygienist who cleaned my teeth did such a perfect job!! Trust me, from someone who has had plenty of dental work done this is the place to go!

February 20th, 2021: At first, my wife was in severe pain (which x-rays showed was due to a complicated fracture), but wasn't given anything for the pain. So, she had to suffer profusely through the two days until her next appointment to have a crown done. Funny thing, on that same first visit, we asked if the dentist couldn't just do an extraction, but she said she would have to send us to the Oral & Face Surgery place across the road... really weird. We trusted her words and judgement, so we made an appointment to have the crown done. Upon completion of the crown, my wife did what was necessary to ensure the procedure was properly cared for. However, LESS THAN a month later, the very same tooth becomes so badly abscess, there was huge lump on her gum with even worse pain than before. She then told us we have two options (which it was easy enough to research and find out for myself before even arriving), either extract the tooth or root canal. So, I asked her why we can do the extraction now but not before, to which she says "it was a legal issue and I would have had to send you to a specialist". She wouldn't answer - and still hasn't answered - why it was illegal. And while I may be pretty ignorant, I've never known a dentist office that couldn't legally pull a tooth... Furthermore, she still charged us for extracting the tooth/crown we wasted $1200 on! I mean, $1200+ for my wife to go through some of her worst pain and suffering, and to end up with nothing more than a hole in her smile? To top it all off, the dentist was HUGELY disrespectful and even threatened to turn my wife away, when we had come to her in good faith only to be taken advantage of. Word of advice, don't come here without dental insurance, cash customers beware. Edit Feb 26th - Since I am unable to post my own reply to the owner's response...: The only "misunderstanding" is why we were recommended to the Oral & Face Surgery place across the street for an extraction, or why "it was a legal issue". That IS still baffling, and you STILL do not have an answer. Otherwise, we would have requested an extraction, like we did in the first place. However, the rest is simply a chronology of the events that occurred. No understanding, clarity, or opinion involved. Unless, you count my wife's opinion of her own pain being severe. Which could be considered relative, when gunshot victims might say their pain was worse. And you must be referring to the correspondence where you actually tracked down my mother-in-law on Facebook. That was quite a stretch of privacy limitations, but... I'll blame Facebook for that, because that site makes it just too easy. Even stranger though, you would go to that length after texting my wife's phone, but zero effort made toward contacting the number we originally provided (which had been established as MY personal cellphone).

She/Jennifer was very nice, definitely knew what she was doing, took her time on my teeth and easy when in cleaning them, did not Criticize me In way of if I didn't brush or Floss good. She just looked at my teeth and told me let's see what do and go from there.
