The assistant was very helpful however the staff seemed to be in a rush to get me out of there which left me unsure of a few things including my prescription. They were supposed to fill my prescription Thursday but didn't. I called to let them know it wasn't filled and was told "She sees others patients after you" as a response like my issue wasn't important. The next day (Friday)the prescription is still not filled and they are closed for the rest of the weekend. I'm left without the prescription until who knows when now. Very unpleasant and unfortunate for me. Hope the pain or swelling doesn't start back before I can get the medication. #unprofessional

They always do a great job. I had a tooth pulled today by Dr Mary and it was painless. They also work well with my health and dental insurance. I highly recommend them.

Was great....not so much anymore..the change in leadership was not a good thing...headed in the wrong direction with staff. Update.This week I was contacted at least five times concerning my appointment.... In March I was never contacted by phone or text...so consequently I missed my appointment and was informed the next opening for a cleaning would be in August....are you insane?

Catherine is AMAZING! She is extremely kind, empathetic, and patient. My visit was one of the best! Dr. Mary is also very kind and has a great personality! I love it here!

My experience at Bartlett Dental Associates was great. I was a new patient, but made to feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Kate Heflin had a wonderful bedside manner. I will most definitely be returning for all of my dental work.

Natalie is awesome. She will make you feel very comfortable and at ease. Today, 2/17/2022 I met Catherine P. she's fairly new to Bartlett Dental and she's shining bright. Her personality and smile made me feel more like family than just another patient. Thank you Catherine!

So professional I love my hygienist Mary she is very gentle , very knowledgeable, so considerate and on point ... had my appt ready for next cleaning .. alerted the dentist I was so taken care of and she was waiting on my arrival ... front desk had me checked in when I walked out hey the door acknowledged me and alerted Mary .. what a well trained staff .. will refer to anyone...
