I've been coming here since I was a child. This is by far the most family friendly and professional dentist in the Hudson Valley. Dr. Barry Fenner always goes out of his way for his patients and is phenomenal at his profession. All of the staff are so kind and efficient. All around, this is just the best dental office one could ask for!

I have been going to this dental office for over 2 years. I normally have a decent experience with my cleaning. Today's experience took me by surprise. Christine the hygienists appeared to be a bit off and under the influence of something. She kept slipping with her tools stabbing my gums and swaging back and forth as if she could not hold her balance. I asked for another hygienists and was told she is the only one. This is the first time she worked on me. When I voiced my concerns I was told I could find another dental office. Their catch phases is they cater to cowards. I have a sensory disorder and the sonic cleaning tool hurts my ears. It do not feel pain in my gums from it, it is the sound it gives off. So they usually use the traditional tool for me. The hygienists Christine decided to use the sonic tool but when she kept stabbing my gums she tried to say I had tooth pain. DR. OBrian. Came in and checked my tooth out and I informed him I didn't have tooth pain, the hygienists was making my gum hurt. I was told to come back in 2 months to let my gum heal. I asked why they did not finish. And was told my gum where she stabbed me was irritated and needs to heal. I asked how my teeth look and was informed they look healthy and to keep up the good work. This confused me knowing they charged my insurance for a cleaning they never completed. I don't understand why I was told to find a new dentist over the hygienists mistake.

Dr. Daniel O"brien is one of the most talented dentist I have ever treated with. I only hope that he will teach his skills to those just entering the profession. Thank you Dr. Obrien, and you wonderful staff!

while dr O'BRIAN was nice, he didn't do the work i needed, instead, I was referred to someone else, if he cant do the work why advertise that you can. his secretary is nasty. when caught in a lie she becomes defensive, I was told she called 7 times, after speaking to the dentist, it was determined that they called the wrong number. I was lied to. bad service. bad business. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE..

Wonderful experience. I was petrified and they calmed me down, very gentle, didn't rush. Will not go to any other dentist. So very pleased with them!

Good dentist crew. I've been going here for years. They are nice and friendly, discuss problems with you gently, and work within your budget if they can. Digital x-rays, so faster and easier. Great hours. One downside: if you haven't had a tooth cleaning for awhile and call with a problem, they will only schedule you for an exam and cleaning, rather than the problem visit and not really tell you that's what they are doing until you are in the chair. Had this happen to me twice, being in really bad pain.
