I've been to Dr Barr's practice 1-2 times per year for the last 5 or so years. I'm writing this review today because even if Dr Barr doesn't actually remember who I am when I come in, I always leave feeling like he does. Today he did a simple and quick procedure that was completely cosmetic, but made it feel like the only appt. on his schedule. Even though I was completely content he asked several times if I was doing okay and even took at minute or two set up a really funny joke. His staff is always friendly and professional - I always leave feeling cared for.

I have been going to Dr Barr for many years now and happy I found such a wonderful dental practice. He is an outstanding dentist! Most recently my front tooth fell out and he took my emergency call on a Saturday night and I had an appointment on Monday. He temporary fixed it until my needed crown appointment was scheduled. The office staff are always very pleasant and accommodating. I do see the hygenist there every 6 months and she does a fabulous job. I highly recommend this office!

All thought Dr Barr was very nice. I firmly believe there are studies in regards to Lupus and leaky gut. And there are other studies they are working on at this time. I asked if I should be on a special diet and he stated no. Well what he doesn't explain is leaky gut and your nutritional intake is very important. Pharmaceutical drugs is what he is taught to provide. That takes care of the symptoms but not the actual disease which he should be going after. He does not think outside the box. But there are doctors that provided me more information than he did. Like nutrition being the biggest part of this disease. Healing your gut with bone broth. Please do your research. Residents are not taught about nutrition and it is very important with healing process. He also does not talk about studies that are happening right now that may help Lupus patients.

I felt very comfortable with everyone I encountered at this office. The front desk, the dental hygenists, and Dr. Barr himself were all warm conversationalists and attentive to my questions. Happy to have found a new home for my teeth!

I was visiting from out of town and had to have something looked at immediately due to severe pain. I spoke to the receptionist on the phone who was so kind and was able to get me in that same afternoon. The entire staff and Dr. Barr were beyond helpful and kind. A wonderful place!

I absolutely love Dr. Barr and his staff. They are so down to earth and caring. Not to mention Dr. Barr is a comedian lol. Anyone would feel right at home in his chair.
