Dr. Darin Wade Ford was born in Columbus, Ohio. His family moved to Matthews, NC in 1980. He became a patient in this practice shortly after moving here. He attended McClintock middle school and East Mecklenburg High School. He attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel for both undergraduate and Dental school. He joined the practice in 1993 along side of Dr. Rogers and Barone as an associate. In 1997, upon Dr. Rogers retirement the practice became Barone and Ford, DDS, Pa.

Dr. Ford has two grown children. He enjoys playing basketball, golf and bowling. He enjoys traveling and watching sports.He is a member of the American Dental Association, The Charlotte Dental Society, The Charlotte Implant Study club and the Catawba Study Club.

Dr. Kelsey Perry joined the practice in 2021 as an associate to Barone and Ford. She graduated from College of Charleston with a double major in Business and Accounting and then went on to obtain her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina. As a native Charlottean, she is excited to be back home serving the community.

In her spare time, Dr. Perry enjoys cooking, golfing and spending time with her Golden Retriever, Rosie. Dr. Perry is a member of the American Dental Society and will be joining the Charlotte Dental Society, NC Dental Society, and the Charlotte implant study club.

Dr. Raymond A. Barone graduated from Case Western Reserve in Ohio in May of 1970. After doing a one year internship at Charlotte Memorial Hospital (now CMC), he joined the practice with Dr. Russell J. Rogers. He is originally from Cleveland, Ohio where he went to undergrad school at John Carroll University.

He is married and has six children and twelve grandchildren. Dr. Barone enjoys being active in sports, gardening, going to the beach and mountains, family activities and, of course, his dental practice.
