I've been with Dr. Barnes for about 6 years now. I'm always greeted pleasantly, the hygienists do a fabulous job and Dr. Barnes always explains any concerns he has with my teeth whether it's my teeth grinding and that I'm not using my bite splint enough, or a new cavity. I feel comfortable with my treatment and the whole staff.

Fantastic care for whole family! We found Dr Barnes and followed him to several offices before he settled here in Hastings. The office is professional and helpful with all needs. They let you know estimates up front. Dr Barnes handles a wide array of care; he has fixed teeth from a snowboarding accident to a family member who has a real phobia of dental care. ALL of which they handle with the best possible care I have ever found. Thank you to Dr Barnes and staff for making GREAT dental care right here in or community! I would and DID travel to seek this kind of care. We are blessed to have it in our backyard.

Wow! I honestly didn't have a clue what to expect going into any dentist. It's been a very, very long time since I've been. Plus I haven't lived in this area very long, so I wasn't sure where to go. My kids pediatrician reccomended Barnes Dental to me, and I am so greatful. I've spoken with multiple members of their staff throughout multiple visits, and every single time they have been so, very nice to me. Like I said above, it's been a VERY long time for me, which means, when I left after my first cleaning, my teeth and gums were very sensitive. I was given a bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss (which was expected, I know). When I got home and was taking care of the items, I realized I was given "gum sensitivity" toothpaste, and and "extra soft" toothebrush. I DIDNT EVEN KNOW EXTRA SOFT EXISTED! It just made me feel like they understand, and care. I am in awe with this place and their staff members, and they have a forever patient.

We have been going here for about 8 years. Dr. Barnes is wonderful and so are all of the hygienists and assistants.

If there was a ZERO I would mark them a zero. I had to talk to two people before I got any info. Each of the two really need to take a few classes on manners, & what Medicare covers or not. Towards the end of our conversation the person got real snotty saying good bye. If you are looking for a new dentist, RUN don't go here.
