Agreed on pice in network with insurance and paid upfront, calls three months later asking for hundreds of dollars in more money. Contacting BBB. Typical crooked dentist with zero integrity.

This morning I had a tooth extraction with Dr Woody and I'm a new patient. What a very pleasant experience....warm, friendly, efficient, totally professional and dedicated. It was so good I think I should go back for more!

If all providers could be as kind and assuring and or take a page from Dr. Hasting's book. I was apprehensive that I would not find a dentist whom I valued like my prior on the east coast. It is clear that kindness, empathy, and a gentle disposition goes such a long way. Warm and welcoming staff await you! Looking forward to a long relationship with my NEW dental office.

The entire office has unparalleled customer service. It's clear that they genuinely care for their patients & want the entire experience to be exceptional. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Not recommended at all !! 5 month ago, I had a filling in this clinic, paid all my dues (more than 400$ for 1 cavity), and everyday till now I suffer from pain and headaches... After the filling, I went back to the clinic for 3 times, told them that there is something wrong and that the problem is not fixed yet... the answer was always that everything seems to be okay. This week and after suffering for couple of month, taking tons of medicines, I decided to visit a new clinic and let them redo the work from 0. Not recommended.

So let me explain why I'm giving this place 5 stars. I never been to a dentist before until I had the worst tooth pain , so Brian trout recommended this place ! I went in nervous since this was my first time ever going to a dentist. The ladies up front were professional and didn't gossip or complain like most local business do. The doctor took me In and was very welcoming, felt like home almost to wear I wanted to take my shoes off. He had me In and out withing 30 mins ! I felt not a lick of pain ! He even warned me about another tooth that looked bad , I know he is the professional but me being young I didn't listen. Well guess what ? Yup ofc he was right ! Year later which is today I went in and same thing, in and out very friendly and welcoming I really don't see why not everybody is talking about this place ! I'm going to take my daughter there once she is old enough . New family dentist! Thank you guys ! God bless

I absolutely love the doctors here they're absolutely terrific, and amazing at what they do. My ex husband went to them since he was little, and my son has for 10 years. That being said the staff at the front is absolutely unprofessional, and rude. I was told to sit in a chair by the doctor, and I did just that. The women on the other side YELLED, and when I say YELLED she did just that. She literally freaked out on me. She told me to remove myself, and then turned to complain to the other ladies. I held my composure, and it took everything in me to not say anything. Yet I was in shock I had no idea what to say, or do. Mind you I was wearing a mask, there was sanitizer present, I wasn't any where near them, and she was on the other side of the area. I was absolutely shocked at how unprofessional she was, and extremely disappointed as I've never seen her there before. If it wasn't for such the great relationship I had with the doctors I'd never return. I know she doesn't represent there office, and all the hard work they've accomplished. Just be aware of her when you visit. You'll recognize her as she's a "Karen" who doesn't know how to hold in her emotions.

Always topnotch customer service! I had an unexpected thing come up with my kids. I went in 2 hours early in the morning just to see if I could reschedule my teeth cleaning. The Dentist was one of few people they're working early in the morning. He could have easily rescheduled me. Not only did they take me earlier. I did not get my teeth cleaned by a dental hygiene. The actual dentist took time out of his busy schedule to clean my Teeth. I never feel like a customer when I go here. Always a warm welcoming feels like part of the family! I highly recommend this Dentist!

I've been a patient here for many years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! The Doctors and staff genuinely care about your well being. They provide high quality treatment and use the best products on the market. They're always happy to answer any questions you may have and truly put patients first. I've been to other practices in the past that are only trying to sell you whitening products the entire visit or nickle and dime you, but not here! You will feel like you're apart of a family here!

I was not a patient of Dr. Barksdale. My general dentist was out of town. I had a minor emergency situation. (A lot of pain/throbbing due to an infected tooth which required a root canal) I phoned Dr. Barksdale's office and he was able to get me in within an hour. He saw me and showed me a list of options and recommended the most conservative treatment (price wise) which he outsourced. So he did not make any money from my visit. He then had me immediately scheduled to go see Dr. Gaitan for the endodontic treatment I needed; a route canal. Dr. Barksdale's staff was excellent as well. Dr. Gaitan also saw me immediately for my root canal and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Dr. Barksdale and Dr. Gaitan as well.
