Arrived for first visit on time. Watched 3 patients go back before me. I was there first. I was told no one knew I was out front after signing in. After three weeks still did not get a complete treatment plan with costs. Went in to pick up X-rays after finding a more suitable dentists office thanks to my sister. I was only given one set. Called about the other set. One of the employees there had an attitude. Tarsha handed me a copied set of X-rays on paper. If that ain't petty I don't know what petty is. Unprofessional to the highest degree. I guess she caught a attitude after I spoke with Dr. Barbee. No hard feelings towards Dr. Barbee because I went to her for a reason. She took care of my daughters teeth when they were young at Dr. Coopers office and her father was once their pediatrician and I'm more comfortable with female Drs. I did not want to change but I felt it would be best. Sometimes we have to be careful who we hire as support staff. I don't like dealing with difficult people. Period. I prefer to keep it moving!

I've been knowing Dr Barbee for many years. She has been my children and grandchildren's dentist for over a decade now. However, since she's started her own practice, I don't know whats happened. Her staff is about the most unprofessional group of people that I've ever come across and I've been in customer service for over 25 years. They're rude, and very disrespectful. I've been calling, leaving messages for two weeks and I finally get a call back, I guess from the receptionist. I called back to make an appt, no answer; so I left another message. Still, NO REPLY!!!! I called today (Friday), spoke with another "very unprofessional" staff member. Gave her the scernio, and told her I was on the way. When I got here, Dr. Barbee wasn't in the office. I asked, when did she leave, because I just spoke with someone, was told she was in and that the office closed at 12 today. Then, I got... Let me send her a text to see when she'll be back in the office. I came from the bathroom, sat down and heard, "she said that she won't be coming back today." BAD BUSINESS!!! All I can say is, INTERPERSONAL SKILLS TRAINING is what her staff needs. If Dr Barbee allows this to happen to her longtime existing and LOYAL patients, I really do have empathy for her new patients. BAD BUSINESS Dr. Taylor, it is.
