Dr. Hagedorn is amazing! I went to him about some concerns and insecurities about my teeth. He's very attentive and understanding. We are currently on the road on improving my dental health. Dr. Hagedorn has been very informative, meticulous, and supportive. Appreciate his work and effort! Definitely sticking with Bar & Smith!

This was the single worst dental experience I've ever had. A dentist I had never heard of (not Bar or Smith)walked into room for exam after a hostile dental hygienist attacked my mouth for cleaning. Rushed, in and out in under 30 minutes. Is this the new "fast food" model of dentistry?

Get Bar or Smith and not their lesser and unethical subs. I had a terrible experience after being switched to another dentist by their offices, and no follow up by Bar or Smith despite the claim to look into it. Sad, because this office has great dental assistants when they are around to assist and witness things. Disappointed in the owners for not following up. Still considering suing them.

The worst dental office I've ever been all my life. As a dental assistant who recently graduated I sent my application to their email that I got from my school website, i got a lady texting me for an interview. I went to that interview and got hired for $22/ hour but on my first day at the job dr bar came in and called me in one of the rooms (I've been working w dr Smith all morning until it was time to leave at 2pm) He told me that because I freshly graduated and have no experience I can't serve them nothing and I don't deserve to be paid $22/hour and told me to stay home and will be called which they never did... I called my school to report them but I know those type of people are not to be trusted with your sensible mouth as they not trustworthy people and dentistry doesn't need them at all
