Things have changed a lot with a new dentist, this one doesn't seem to care about patients. I got turned around when driving and I called 15 minutes ahead of my appointment to let them know I would be late and arrive at 4PM, they said they would see me then. I arrive at 4, see the sign to go to my car and call- I do so and I'm hung up on. I check the number and call again and I'm promptly told they will not see me. I totally understand if the delay was a problem, but I had already been told it was fine. I drove an hour from work to get there, and have been waiting since July for the appointment. I'm in pain and may have cavities but it turns out the doctor had already left for the day. They started lying about the time, then hung up on me because I asked to speak with someone else. I was sitting in the parking lot in tears because I have no idea how to find a new dentist in the middle of a pandemic, and just as they hung up someone walked out the door to yell at me threatening to call the police. According to them, calling their office (as their sign directed) was harassment. On seeing how much pain I was in they offered to make me wait until another week for an appointment, but I can't miss any more work- after already having to do so today. Even though I'm desperate, my trust in this office is gone and I won't be returning, as patient care clearly is not something they are concerned about. I hope the new dentist enjoys his early three day weekend. _____________ After seeing the response from the owner it again hammers home what this establishment is really about. A patient was 15 minutes late- called and asked if it was okay to be 15 minutes late- they said ok. A patient arrives 15 minutes late, at 4 PM and they claim it's 45 minutes late at 4:25 PM. I was on the phone for 4 minutes a 59 seconds trying to understand why I couldn't be seen. By 4:25 I was in a nearby parking lot to try to locate another dentist online.

I had an appointment today. We waited in our car due to Covid19 The Dental Assistant came out for me and checked my temperature. Dr. Blake is a Wonderful Dentist. Very kind and gentle. His Dental Assistant and Front office Woman are very sweet. Very Professional. I feel alot better and feel very Blessed. Thank you all.

Fixed my broken tooth in less than 10 minutes and it looks great. Also very thorough teeth cleanings. Friendly and efficient.
