Do not recommend. Called to inquire and the young lady at the front desk was SO rude to me,cut me off while I was explaining my special needs sons conditions and huffed and puffed when I asked to speak to someone else and said the higher up would call me back but didn't even take my number so I suspect they won't. Not professional at all and definitely not somewhere I'd want to send my child if they hire such unprofessional people who clearly hate their jobs

My granddaughter went in there with white teeth and they had my daughter fill out the consent forms after she had the procedure when it's supposed to be done at the beginning and explained so the patient is aware when my granddaughter had an applicator put on her teeth they said it would go away and it would help instead her teeth were discolored the fact that this procedure was miss handled and my daughter was given the forms after the procedure left them at a disadvantage this is not how practices run patients are always given this before

Great experience so far! The dental assistant explained every step of the process from when she was taking the xrays to when she was done. Then she answered all my questions about my son's upcoming procedures and made sure he had some antibiotics until then! Everyone was very friendly. They also got us in the same day because the tooth was causing so much pain to my son. We were in and out of there!

I have guardianship of a 6 year old the crew were great with her. The dentist had to do a procedure he didn't want to go through with. He felt more comfortable doing it in a or due to her tonsils and her breathing more through her mouth than nose. New appointment was text to me very convenient. Also the last few years Been major staff shortage. And in my opinion they are rocking it. Also super cute kid friendly waiting room. Also tvs on ceilings to help keep a child's mind busy who may be nervous. Love this place wish was more than 5 stars to give!!!

I have been calling since another dentist referred us back in November over my daughters toothache I have left countless voicemails and still no call back. Which is ridiculous do they need a new referral person. That'll actually do their job

I have called two weeks in a row for a new patient appt for my children and left a message both times as that was the only option given. I have YET to receive a call back and will therefore be taking my business else where. Very disappointing.

Staff was really friendly and Dr. Wilkerson was personable and good with Timmy, who says thank you. Quick and professional work.

I will update this review following our appointment. However, my initial experience with this entity has been extremely frustrating. It took me several days of calling and leaving messages that went unreturned just to get through and book an initial appointment. Then I had insurance questions. Their website does not have any information regarding insurance acceptance. My insurance provider listing only had a couple of the providers listed and some of them only listed at the Augusta address. The front office tried to tell me that it was ok, if listed at one office they would accept my insurance at the other office and that if one provider was listed under my insurance all the providers were covered. I knew this to be untrue and called my insurance to confirm. They said the office would need to update their info and provide all service addresses and providers for this to be true and that currently some of the providers are only covered at one address and not both. I called back and they kept leaving messages or putting me through to the woman in billing. I left several messages here with no response. When I finally got a hold of her she took my insurance info and said she would call to confirm preferred provider coverage and call back that same day or the next morning. She never called back. I then called the day before our appointment and they tried to get me to leave another message. I told them I needed the info as it had been over a week. They finally put me through to billing again where she said the appointment is covered by my insurance but provided no details and was very short. Unless this office provides outstanding dental services for children at our visit I will be seeking another office for future appointments as working with them thus far has been an absolute nightmare.

Been trying to get an appointment for over 4 months. The scheduler hasn't returned my calls or answered my messages or emails. I saw on fb that their phones had been down and fixed but still have not had been able to make an appointment.

I took both of my children in and the whole crew there was so kind and thoughtful, especially considering they hadn't been in a while due to insurance issues. I've had some pretty horrible dentist experiences where they were downright cruel. I absolutely appreciated how comfortable and genuinely kind they are. My youngest identifies as female and they didn't hesitate to make her feel comfortable and use her proper pronouns with no question. I'm so glad I was referred to them and am so happy with my children's experience thus far.

They are extremely slow here. My daughter had appointment @ 7:30 we have been waiting forever!! The time is now 10:00 and still haven't worked on my daughter teeth!! Unacceptable that you have us wait this long!! Not happy and if she does have to come back we will not come back here!! We will find somewhere else!! When a client sets an appointment for a certain time I understand things happen but honestly this is beyond crazy how they think this is okay!! Not happy parent!!!
