Dr. Cruz & staff are very professional. Everything was explained in detail and took the time to make sure everything was understood. Dr. Cruz took her time to make sure any dental procedure was done correctly and not rushed.

Dr. Cruz has a lot of patience and explains every step of the way. I felt relax since the assistant was taking her time to do a good job at taking my impressions. Great atmosphere, felt protected and well cared of, nuce and funny staff. Overall, very professional!

I had a OUTSTANDING experience at Bandera Trails. I experienced a patient centered culture with my dental needs as their top priority. The office is clean, organized and professional. The text appointment reminders are appreciated. Dr. Cruz is an excellent dentist. Great job Bandera Trails Dental!

Very unprofessional. I was trying to be a new patient. I was called Friday and asked if I could arrive 30 min early because they were running ahead of schedule. I arrived 30 min early and waited an hour. After an hour, I asked to reschedule. They apologized for the wait and rescheduled me for Thursday first thing at 8 AM. They did not provide an appointment card. I arrived Thursday, only to be told the appointment was actually the next Thursday. I was nice and simply asked if they would give me a discount for x-rays because I was out $28 in Uber fees for the two trips. The office manager denied my request. I proceeded to cancel my appointment along with the other appointment for my daughter. The office manager chose $28 over welcoming 2 new patients and hundreds of new billable charges.

Charging $80 for missing a "cleaning" appointment is unethical. These people made more money when patients miss appointment than if they show up. I've been going here for 2 years now, i never missed an appointment before. This time they cancelled the appointment that I made 6 months ago and rescheduled it. They noticed me when I was busy at school, I forgot to change the reminder in my phone and missed it for the first time. I felt so bad for missing it, I called right after I knew I missed the appointment like 45 min after, and they tried to fit me in the same day but they couldn't, then told me it's ok, let's reschedule it. I thought it's fine and no mention of $80 fee. I thought they let it go or charging a small fee for first time missing an appointment, but $80? It's not even an oral exam, it's 20 minutes cleaning. It sounds to me like how dare I ever make a mistake, and you guys don't want a less-than-perfect patient like me. Well, I'm gonna have to find another dentist who truly appreciate my business, and not try to make more money when I ever miss an appointment again.

My kids and I attended Bandera Trails Dental when Dr Mataocha was still there. We loved it! Dr Cruz was equally exceptional. But it's always hard to re-schedule appointments. I called one January to re-schedule my kids appointments set for March, and their first available was May. I applaud her success! Her staff keeps her booked. It's just for my family, we would like to schedule and re-schedule apts within 3-4wks.

Well, I don't dread my dentist appointments anymore! Always the best care and attention provided. I'm very happy I found Bandera Trails Dental!
