This was the most pleasant experience I've had concerning my teeth. Thank you Dr. Chris and staff.

I've never had such an amazing experience at a dentists office. I'm a huge baby about mouth pain & was so worried I'd be miserable for the next week after my wisdom teeth extraction. I'm almost a day post op & haven't had an ounce of pain. The staff is amazing, super friendly, & great at making you feel comfortable. I'm in disbelief on how well it went!!

Dr. Ban is absolutely wonderful. My wisdom tooth was out within minutes and I didn't even know. Everything about him and the experience was great! All I felt was a tiny pinch and he even made that painless. Very professional! In my opinion the BEST, hands down

Had my wisdom teeth taken out. Good at the actual procedure, but the bedside manner was not the best; the pre-op was rushed and I was not given just a minute (which I asked for) to calm myself down and be ready to go under for my first time. Felt like I was on the verge of a panic attack just before I went under which was traumatizing..

For me personally, I will never return to either Dr. Ban. Back in April, I had a tooth that my general dentist had cracked during a root canal that had to be removed. They were able to get me in within a week and, at the time, I was grateful for that. I saw the senior Dr. Ban. After several rounds of Novocain, he attempted to remove the tooth but had major difficulty. I was in horrible pain during and for weeks after. I had two more teeth that needed removed but made plans to do at a later date. A few months later, with the pain increasing from the other teeth, I called to make an appointment. After the pain experienced the first time, I requested to have the teeth removed under sedation. I was told I needed a consultation even though we had already talked about it at length at my appointment in April. The first opening for a consult was five weeks later. At that appointment with Dr. Ban junior, I was told that I could not have the teeth removed under sedation due to a health issue. I was confused because I've been under IV sedation many times. I reluctantly agreed and went to make the appointment for the removal. The next available appointment was three months later ! I literally started to cry and asked if there was anything sooner. I was told that if the pain got too bad, to call and they would try to get me in sooner. Well, that's why I called five weeks ago !! Fast forward to this past Thursday. I went to see a general dentist for a cleaning. She took one look at the two teeth that needed removed and was horrified. When she found out how much pain I was in and that the appointment wasn't until the end of October for the removal, she got on the phone with an oral surgeon that she works with (this is in Allegheny County) and asked them to see me ASAP. That surgeon saw me a few hours later. I was scheduled for an emergency extraction the next day. I was successfully put under IV sedation with no complications whatsoever ( I was assured that there was absolutely no contraindication for IV sedation due to my "condition"). Not only were the two bad teeth successfully removed, a chunk of tooth that Dr. Ban had left behind in April that was causing issues as well was removed !! I am beyond grateful to be done with this whole ordeal and to finally be out of pain and even more grateful for practitioners that go above and beyond to help a patient in need. I know that both Dr. Ban's are highly recommended but for me, they completely disregarded and dismissed my case resulting in months of excruciating pain and continual antibiotics to hold the infection at bay. I would not recommend them for any condition that is urgent in nature that's for sure!!

I absolutely hate getting teeth pulled but Dr. Ban made the extractions completely painless and stress free. Would recommend him to anyone of my friends or family. Professionalism at its finest.

I'd an appointment for their McKnight practise but due to pain I requested the staff at McKnight Road to schedule me for Beaver one if any earlier appointment was available. Thankfully, it was and she scheduled the same. The staff and Dr. Chris Ban were amazing. They were very professional, cheering and they actually listened to what I was saying about the condition. I had read so many things online about wisdom tooth extraction and pain. There was minimal pain during wisdom tooth extraction and no pain whatsoever after extraction. The only pain I could feel was due to the anaesthesia shots given to gums. I was in and out in 35 mins including the waiting time. The extraction process as such was done in seconds. I'm writing this review after a week and I never felt any pain or discomfort after the extraction. I would highly recommend Dr. Ban, he is awesome.

I've searched for many years to find a dentist/oral surgeon that made me comfortable and would deal with my fear of dentists. Both Drs are great and the staff is wonderful.

Dr. Ban was friendly, professional, and amazingly skilled. All the staff I interacted with during my visit were friendly, and both Dr. Ban and his staff made me comfortable and calm, which I appreciate a great deal, as I was anxious about my wisdom tooth extraction. The procedure itself went quickly, and while I was not sedated for the procedure, there was such a tiny amount of pain and discomfort it was hard to believe. I am writing this more than 24 hours after my extraction, and I am yet to have any significant pain or discomfort. I cannot recommend Dr. Ban highly enough.
