I had a $1500 bill because my insurance didn't approve dental work. They never told me insurance didn't approve the dental work, but they went ahead and worked on my teeth. They overcharged my FSA account leaving me NO extra money for meds I needed. They never told me they overcharged me. They never told me I had a bill. I found out 11 months later when I came in for a cleaning. They told me I had to pay or call the insurance company myself. When I refused, they told me they would take care of it. I called back to find out why I was overcharged and to see if they would provide me with a refund. I was told "we'll cross that bridge when we get to it" so I cancelled my future appointments until they figure out their billing mix-up. I don't even know if I want to come back because I don't like having my money played with. I guess "we'll cross that bridge when we get to it"

Dr.B and Ms.Blammeli were excellent, with this being my first time hearing of/visiting they made the entire process painless , quick and easy. Both made sure to explain everything that was going on before during and after the procedure. Wonderful people.

Feels like they just want my money when i'm in there. I had no tooth pain before i went in for them to address cavities, they drilled my cavities and now my teeth have been hurting for too long. I've also seen too many people surprised by huge bills at the front desk. The one receptionist doesn't really know what she's doing. Their business card doesn't have a dentist's name on it, so it was difficult to have my insurance locate them. Overall, it felt unprofessional. The technicians seem to know what they're doing though.

I went in for a tooth extraction and they talked me into getting a root canal. That was one of thee worst decisions I ever made in my life. Not only did they not finish the work... they left me in severe pain and a really high bill. I think they let somebody practice on me that wasn't qualified because I had to go two days in a row. The second time was to fix what was done the day before. I called to see if they could fix the tooth that I originally wanted pulled and they said after I paid that high bill that they talked me into. I would not recommend this place. I felt Like my face was going fall off. I was in soooo much pain after they're supposed root canal.

The whole team was so kind and warm. The doctor (Dr. B) really showed me exactly what he was noticing with my teeth, explained it all in terms that were clear, and left me to make informed decisions about what dental care and procedures I would get and when. Also they have appointments until 5pm which is a godsend for those of us who have less flexible schedules!

I came in with a crack front tooth and Dr. B was amazing! I have struggled with teeth problems for years and seen MANY dentist. His novacaine shots were amazing barely felt them and tooth was out in seconds. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
