For those throughout the San Francisco area, Dr. Baltazar Guzman offers advance dentistry and care from welcoming locations in San Francisco, Marina, and Cow Hollow, California. Dr. Guzman offers services which include inlays and onlays, Invisalign, oral cancer screenings, composite fillings, crown and bridge application, veneers, teeth whitening, and gum disease treatment and prevention.
Dr. Guzman is a Bay Area native and grew up in the North Bay area. He obtained his undergraduate from the University of California at Berkeley and earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of California at San Francisco in 1997.
After working as an associate in some of the finest dental practices in San Francisco, Dr. Guzman started working at the dental practice of Dr. Robert Catron. In 2002, Dr. Guzman went on to become the sole owner of the practice. The practice continues to thrive and Dr. Guzman works to perfect his craft each day.

UPDATE: Still a great dentist with a great office staff. Wrote my first review two years ago and Dr. Guzman is still keeping my teeth healthy. His office did a thorough job sanitizing and keeping patients safe during the pandemic. Great dentist and office. Friendly and professional staff. Easy to keep up with maintaining healthy teeth.

Dr. Guzman is fantastic. So knowledgeable, kind, wonderful demeanor, gentle, so no pain. He will explain everything to you. His staff is very friendly. I moved from SF and still go to him because I can't imagine going to anyone else!

I have been a patient of Dr. Guzman's for a very long time and have always been impressed with the high level of professional and friendly service from him and the whole team. I am thankful they are able to continue to operate during the pandemic since keeping my health in check is important to me. I went today (January 2020) to an appointment and the COVID protocol leading up the appointment throughout the full visit was thorough, efficient, and comforting. The office is quite visibly cleaned regularly, with belt and suspender protections in place. If you've been holding off going, now is a good time to visit!

Dr. Guzman was very courteous and professional in explaining the situation with my crown and what my options were for fixing it. This was my first visit and the staff treated me with respect and were polite and clear on procedures and protocols with covid19.

Dr. Guzman's staff was great as usual. They always make you feel wecolmed. They seemed especially happy today. Maybe because Balthazar was out. Just Kiddin !!!!
