I brought my first child here for braces and will never bring any of my younger ones back. The orthos are fine but the customer service of the woman at the front desk makes visits awful. She is incredibly rude - in particular with clients private matters or financial matters. I think her name is Corrie. She is incredibly rude and insensitive. She practically yells everyone private business or financial matters for the entire office to hear. I can't stand her. I won't be bringing any of my children to this office solely because of that woman at the front desk.

Ballweber & Ostby is a great place with wonderful staff and doctors! They are very accommodating and make a sometimes not so fun experience enjoyable! I definitely recommend choosing them for your dental care!

I highly recommend them. I am near the end of the second kids' braces. They have done a fantastic job with both. The staff is great!

Amazing experience. The staff are super friendly and polite and the orthodontist was amazing Having! Having braces adjusted was easy peasy and didn't take long at all. Very happy with our experience here and would highly recommend!

Great work with my 8 year old grandson Aaron. Aaron enjoys and looks forward to his visit. Aaron has braces on upper teeth and things are going well.

The Dr.s Ostby were wonderful. They were very kind and genuinely cared about me. They respected my wishes with how I wanted to care for my teeth. I could tell that Dr. Ostby was thrilled for me when we finally got the braces off, she was very excited for me! My smile is beautiful and worth every penny! Also the gal that works the front desk, Corey I believe, is super friendly and nice as well

My son went in to get braces put on today, and Dr Ostby called him this evening to tell him to hang in there. It meant a lot to my son that the doc was on his team rooting for him. Thank you! Ostby Orthodontics.

The office is always clean and the people are always nice. Very professional. We were seen very close to our appointment time which is refreshing. Highly recommend!!
