Dr. Ballrick followedin the footsteps of his father, Dr. James W. Ballrick who has practiced orthodontics since 1971. Dr. John Ballrick graduated Summa cum Laude from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. He received his advanced specialty degree in orthodontics from Case Western Reserve University. His research on advanced 3D imaging is published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics. In addition to his degrees and published research in the American Journal of Orthodontics on advanced 3D imaging, Dr. Ballrick has earned numerous awards and achievements including:
To validate hiscommitment to orthodontics, Dr. Ballrickholds memberships to the American Association of Orthodontists and the World Federation of Orthodontists. In addition, he works with the second year orthodontic residents from Case Western Reserve University Department of Orthodontics to provide private practice rotations and instruction.

Outside of office, I enjoy time with my husband of more than 15 years and our two active boys. I like shopping, home renovating, traveling, and watching my sons play ball. Im also an active supporter of St. Jude and Make-a-Wish in memory of my daughter.
I learn something new every day from Dr. Ballrick. He is not only fun to work for, but also so passionate about what he does! I attended medical assisting school but found a love for orthodontics as my first job in the medical field. As a part of Dr. Ballricks team since 2013, Ive loved building relationships with patients and their parents and, of course, seeing their excitement when getting their braces on and especially off! Our staff is so amazing! We have awesome teamwork; we truly enjoy each other and have a lot of fun together. When it is fun, it doesnt feel like work at all!
I was married fall 2015 on my birthday! We just got two kittens, Inka and Sedona. Im a foodie who loves to hike and travel especially out west, preferably Arizona. When Im in town, I enjoy spending time with my family, photography, yoga, and going to the movies.
