I received a call to confirm appointment and lady was super rude regarding me asking for address. Hung up no bye have a nice day nothing super rude! I see why they have a 1star rating. I hope when I go in tomorrow it's not like that either! Matter of fact after reading a few of the reviews I'm not going I'll go else where they are not about to mistreat me. Today is Oct 10 2022 @11:07am.

This place should be shut down! They have the worst customer service. When you call they never answer. They hardly do any other kind of service here. They gossip among each other and doesn't even pay attention to the waiting of their customer. You get a 10am appt to come out by noon. They are ridiculously unprofessional! Worst place to even take a child.

I just tried to call to set up an appointment.... and it seemed like it was such a issue to begin with... I'd advise just calling somewhere else....

ZERO STARS To start off me and my CASE MANAGER both attempted to contact this dentist and received voicemail over and over again I went into the office to discover that their phones are silenced I waited for an hour before I stood at the front desk for another 20 minutes staring at a wall full of creepy dolls before someone finally came to the desk for me to ask How much longer it would be before I would be seen my appointment was at 2 o'clock they said I would be out by five which is when I had to be to work So I left and will not be returning poor excuse for a dentist

Will NEVER go go here again, after 4 visits of fillings she didn't numb me 1 time with the first 3 fillings, my fourth appointment I told her I couldn't handle the pain , so she finally numbed me- took the needle THREE times to my jaw & still felt everything. She kept getting frustrated and was pulling my lips like they weren't attached to my body. NEVER AGAIN . Don't ask me why I kept coming back.

First appointment took 30 min to be seen, second 48, third 58 minutes. Just left in a chair and zero help or check on. The cleaning, my second trip, was the worst cleaning ever. Literally wait for 48 minutes then spends 5 minutes or less cleaning and polishing. Not even close. The dentist puts suction in side of mouth then proceeds to fill mouth with water and tells you that you are not choking, then argues about choking. Then argues about whether my teeth are touching and I have to ask for marking paper to see where my teeth are touching. She continues to say it is just my imagination and the filling is perfect and it is just in my head.

They are so unprofessional I called in May to make an appointment and on the day of my appointment I show up to my appointment and the door is closed so after a few minutes looking how to enter the building an employee opens the door and tells me that the doctor had an emergency and that they where calling me but I didn't even have a missed call from them not even a voicemail I work for a doctors office and when my doctor has an emergency we call our patients and make sure to leave a message if the patient doesn't answer and show up for there appointment we make sure they are seen by another provider but that's ok thanks to Coast Dental for putting my needs first and seeing my when I needed them

This place is the least bit concerned about their patients. The employees and staff are very unprofessional, rude, snotty and short with you. The office manager have the worst attitude of all. She is one angry atrocious woman. This practice is all about money and NOT about treating patients with respect and consideration. The wait time is terrifyingly long and drawn out maybe because they are overbooked. All because of greed. The dentist is another story. I will get to her in a bit. There is so much wrong here. I've never experienced anything like this in my 28 years of life. I find it very concerning that many other people had the same exact experience I did. Except it was on a different date and time. Oh my goodness! this place is straight out of an horror movie. ALL the employees communicate in Spanish. I notice they only do it when they want to talk smack about people. Also something got my attention while I was sitting waiting for the dentist. I saw the dental assistant threw the instruments in the sink after wrapping up with a patient in the other room then use a wipe to clean the tray the contaminated instruments were on, and then use that same wipes to wipe the instruments. This practice needs to be reported. The dentist seems uncaring, and very distant. She doesn't seem friendly at all. The only time I saw her smile was with patients that looked like her and spoke her first language-SPANISH/ESPANOL. All I hear is talking and no work or procedures being done. I discovered this place through my insurance and the first time I called nobody answered the phone. I called several time for a few days, when someone finally picked up the phone they gave me an appointment date a month away. Please do NOT waste your time and go to this practice, you will NOT get the care you deserve. You will be unhappy and probably contract something from those dirty instruments. I pray this place get investigated and whatever the result that comes from it that they will no longer be able to get away with treating vulnerable people like this.

The worst dental experience of our lives. Please, save yourself and your family and go elsewhere. We will not be going here again. The staff is so rude and unprofessional. We had an AWFUL experience. STAY AWAY!

Worst place ever would never recommend . Everyone was extremely mean to me and not gonna lue my mouth hurt afterwards from them pulling so tightly which honestly i love the dentist there was no need. Not only that they never talked to me during the process they just talked to each other during the whole thing.

I see now why there's so many bad reviews I had an emergency dental situation which I expressed to them They told me for 40$ I could get in the next day So I could go to work the following day I do have dental insurance also So I get there they do nothing but tell me I have to make more appointments So I can't even go to work because of my situation The dentist was so rude I was in tears before I left They don't care about anyone They just want ur money Def 0 stars

I don't get why this Company is assigned with our insurance. I wrote Liberty and complained. They don't care to answer and hang up on potential Customers. Definitely going to another Dentist who cares.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is a joke. My appointment was a 1 pm. I just walked out at 1:53 without so much as anyone looking at my teeth. The lady in the front had an attitude because I interrupted her phone call because I needed her to refund my money because they didn't even do ANYTHING the entire 53 minutes I sat in the chair.
