Balle & Associates Dentistry has been serving the community by providing high-quality dental care in Las Vegas, Nevada, since 1991. Dr. Peter Balle has been practicing dentistry here since we opened and was joined by Dr. Khoa Nguyen in 2019. Together, they continue the long tradition of exceptional care we are known for at our practice and are pleased to work closely with a knowledgeable and experienced team.

Dr. Peter S. Balle is a graduate of San Diego State University and Case Western Reserve University, holding an undergraduate degree in biology and a Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Peter Balle established Balle and Associates Cosmetic and General Dentistry of Las Vegas in 1991. He has advanced training in dental reconstruction for dentures, crowns, bridges, veneers and dental implants.
Dr. Balle both surgically places and restores dental implants in one location. He holds active dental licenses in Arizona and Nevada. Dr. Balle has earned a fellowship award in the Academy of General Dentistry, the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. Dr. Balle is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the American Dental Association, past president of the Southern Nevada Dental Society (SNDS) and past president of the Nevada Dental Association. He is a board member of the Southern Nevada Division of the American College of Dentists. Dr. Balle has served on the peer review committee of SNDS. He has achieved mentor recognition at the world renowned Kois Center for Advanced Dental Education in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Balle has been assistant professor at UNLV School of Dental Medicine since its inception in 2002 and has taught at the UNLV General Practice Residency. He has actively trained dental students and dental residents. Dr. Balle has nationally taught dentists seeking to advance their education in aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry.
He has been married to his wife, Jill, since 1985 and has four daughters, Abigail, Bethany, Isabella and Lydia. Dr. Balle has a passion for dentistry. He also enjoys spending time with his family working out, boating, traveling, bicycling and fishing.
Dr. Nguyens passion is to change the lives of others one smile at a time. He has advanced training with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry as well as the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He has an eye for dental aesthetics and wants to give his patients the smile of their dreams. Dr. Nguyen received his bachelors degree in neuroscience from the University of Nevada, Reno and attended the UNLV School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine.
In dental school, Dr. Nguyen excelled in various fields such as oral surgery, implantology and cosmetic dentistry. He has an eye for dental aesthetics and hopes to change the world one smile at a time. He is an affiliate associate in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and strives to one day become a diplomate within the organization.
Dr. Nguyen was born and raised in Las Vegas and attended Spring Valley High School, where he excelled in playing football and volleyball, the latter of which he continued to play in college. He now loves to play ice hockey and snowboard, and he is a huge fan of the Vegas Golden Knights. Go Knights GO!

Absolutely the best dentist in town. I've been going there since high school and would not go anywhere else. The staff is friendly, hygienist and doctors are detailed and actually care about their patients. Lauren is the absolute best hygienist and Dr. Balle has helped me achieve a beautiful, healthy smile. It can feel like a long and scary process but the team here really made my experience as pleasant, friendly, transparent, and painless as possible! I really enjoy going to my dental appointments. The whole staff is friendly and very accommodating when scheduling appointments. They send texts to remind me when my appointments are one week, one day and day of. I feel they know me.

The ladies at the front are nothing but the best! But they are also very good at what they do and they all coordinate well with one another and that includes everyone else in the back! The staff is super knowledgeable and have passion for what they do. Their choice of products and equipments they use are always top of the line which creates the best patient experience.

I reached out to Balle & Associates after seeing another dental practice here in town. I was skeptical of the work I was told that needed to be done so I sought a second opinion. After arriving at Balle and Associates, I had filled out all of my new patient paperwork online so my wait was less than 5 minutes. Everyone dreads getting to your appointment early and sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes before finally hearing your name called. My radiologist was very welcoming and pointed everything out in the office. After she performed X Rays she performed a 3D scan of my entire mouth which I had never experienced. WHAT AN AWESOME piece of tech. Once the scan was done, Dr. Nguyen took a closer look and confirmed that everything I was quoted at the other dental practice wasn't needed. Dr. Nguyen spent more than 30 minutes explaining what work I truly needed to get my teeth back to where they needed to be, all while explaining why it needed to happen. I couldn't be more impressed with Dr. Nguyen and the rest of his team at Balle and Associates. I will happily refer my friends and family to Balle and Associates because of the exceptional service I was given as a new customer. I couldn't be happier with my visit. Thanks Dr. Nguyen!

Dr Nguyen must be the angel sent by God! I fell off an e-bike and completely knocked off my front 2 teeth. It was Friday night and no dentist offices in town were open, and out of all the dentists who left their emergency contacts Dr Nguyen was the only one who responded, and he was sick. He was sick But he responded! He referred me to the other angel Dr Fahim.Dr Fahim fixed me through 2 month treatment, Now I'm whole again! THANK YOU SO MUCH Dr Nguyen!

Lashell always does a thorough job with my dental hygiene maintenance. She is always personable, friendly, and professional in attitude and demeanor. She explains exactly the procedures she performs at every step and offers information on any potential "problem" areas to watch as well as methods to improve home/self hygiene practice. She is gentle and makes every effort to prevent discomfort, and makes a visit to the dentist enjoyable. Balle and associates is the best.

I needed work done. After a fall I had one dead tooth and one with the top half broken off. I had strong feelings about what I wanted done and had gotten a quote from my regular dentist for an implant and a crown. Thank the Good Lord the high price tag led me to get a couple more quotes. I got Dr Balle's name from a friend. He was so thorough and explained everything so well. It was his idea that I get the Gentle Wave root canal procedure, by an endodontist outside his office, instead of the implant. Then, for the broken tooth he suggested a veneer as being less invasive over the crown option. I was made very comfortable with the final decisions we made. Thanks to my not throwing things away, I was able to bring in a mold of my teeth from many years ago. New technology allowed Dr Balle to literally recreate my original tooth. It was very exciting and I could not be happier.
