I just finished an 18 month invisalign course with Dr. Chatur and I am so thrilled with my results! The orthodontists at Ballard Orthodontics are so knowledgeable and the staff is friendly and efficient. Highly recommend for adult patients, and I suspect they are great with kids as well.

I had a great treatment experience with Ballard Orthodontics. It took almost 3 years but both Dr.Tian and Dr. Chatur were very patient and responsible. Highly recommended if you have a tough case.

I finished my Invisalign treatment through Ballard Orthodontics a few months ago and I am still so pleased with the experience and the results. Everyone at Ballard Orthodontics--from the orthodontists to the assistants (shoutout to Isabella!), the administrative team and reception, were all so nice and welcoming, and they all provided the highest quality services, without exception. Dr. Chatur also coordinated with my dentist on restoration work that I received toward the end of my ortho treatment, and I felt they really went the extra mile to ensure streamlined coordination of care. Thanks to all of y'all! Still pumped about my results :) Would recommend to anyone thinking about ortho treatment.

Excellent experience overall. Every single person on the staff I interacted with was exceptionally friendly and very present. The dental assistant was especially nice! Will recommend to my wife who wants to get some work done.

They were so helpful!! I was In an emergency situation where I was needing to get my braces off and a retainer put on as soon as possible and I was leaving for university soon- and they were all extremely accommodating and got me the appointments I needed. Also everyone was so nice!! - thanks so much!

Huge fan of Dr. Chatur and the team. TLDR - amazing, friendly service by people who know what they are doing and you are absolutely getting value for money but also getting a top tier offering. Was on the fence about invisalign. Super easy to schedule a consultation (within a couple days of calling). Price seems in line with everyone else. But Ballard Ortho is the #1 provider in WA, OR, BC so they clearly know what they are doing. Invisalign website also lists them as a platinum provider (the top rating). Honestly very well deserved. You get so much instruction and direction I never really felt lost about what to do. The initial "installation" was only an hour (thanks, Isabella!!). And then you get all these emails telling you what to do next. I also called them and asked questions and everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. Really looking forward to final result!!

I've just recently completed my orthodontic with Drs Chatur and Tian. The whole process took about 20 months, and I am very happy with my smile. My daughter started the process around the same time as I did, and she has also had a great experience. I strongly recommend Ballard Orthodontics!

After I saw how good my partner's teeth looked after braces with Ballard Orthodontics, I knew I had to check them out and I was not disappointed. Their office feels state of the art and is very inviting, and the entire staff and Dr. Chatur are all just top notch and treat you like a family. I did Invisalign and love my results. Now wherever my partner and I go, we're big smiles! I would highly recommend Ballard Ortho to anyone who is seeking braces.

I completed my treatment last week with Ballard Orthodontics, and I'm really satisfied with the final new looking of my teeth. Really appreciate Kloey, Dr.Tian, Dr.Chatur as well as all the nice people at the clinic during the past 18 months. The whole process was quite pleasant and they managed to monitor the status via an app during the pandemic so that a lot of work can be done remotely. I have already recommended a friend of mine to give it a try at Ballard Orthodontics, and I would do the same for anyone that is interested to get a smile like a movie star.
