Dr. Ball was a referral to me from another area. I'm a bit of a clean teeth fanatic but wasn't looking forward to starting over with a new dentist. I can honestly say, my fears were short lived. Dr. Ball knows his calling and does his job exceptionally well. From the moment you walk in the door, the office atmosphere is inviting and spotless. Every staff member knows their responsibility and you are treated with the utmost care and respect. I would recommend Dr. Ball and his AMAZING staff to anyone.

I have been going to Progressive Dental and Dr. Ball for several years now. While most wouldn't associate "good experience": and dentist in the same sentence, I do. The staff always accommodates my crazy travel schedule and they are extremely responsive when there are dental/oral questions and needs beyond just the normal 6 month check ups. Dr. Ball takes the time to explain any concerns or challenges and will only perform services when they are truly needed. He and his staff have taken the time to get to know my family and always ask about them. And we always wrap up the visit by talking about Va Tech Sports! Dr. Ball and his staff don't just get to know your dental health and needs, they get to know you as a person and I have always had extremely positive experiences at Progressive Dental.
